Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有機ポリイソシアナート組成物と多官能性イソシアナート反応性組成物を 炭化水素系発泡剤の存在下で反応させる工程を含む、硬質ポリウレタンまたはウ レタン改質ポリイソシアヌラートフォームの製造方法であって、多官能性イソシ アナート反応性組成物がイソシアナート反応性成分全体に対し10〜40重量% の量のトリレンジアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールを含むことを特徴とする方 法。 2.トリレンジアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールの量がイソシアナート反応 性成分全体に対し10〜35重量%である、請求項1記載の方法。 3.トリレンジアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールが、エチレンおよび/また はプロピレンオキシドを、開始剤全体に対し最高25重量%のm−トリレンジア ミンを含有するo−トリレンジアミンに付加することにより得られる、請求項1 または2記載の方法。 4.トリレンジアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールが、200〜700mgK OH/gのヒドロキシル価、および2〜8の官能価を有する、請求項1〜3のい ずれか1項記載の方法。 5.炭化水素系発泡剤が3〜8個の炭素原子を含むアルカンまたはシクロアル カンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.炭化水素系発泡剤がイソブタン、シクロペンタン、n−ペンタン、イソペ ンタン、またはそのいずれかの混合物である、請求項5記載の方法。 7.発泡剤がイソペンタンとn−ペンタンの、重量比3:1〜1:3の混合物 である、請求項6記載の方法。 8.イソシアナート反応性組成物が脂肪族アミン開始ポリエーテルポリオール を含まない、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.イソシアナート反応性組成物のヒドロキシル価が350〜550mg K OH/gである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。 10.芳香族アミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールの全量がイソシアナート反応 性成分全体に対し40〜100重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載 の方法。 11.イソシアナート反応性組成物がさらにジアミノジフェニルメタン開始ま たはポリメチレンポリフェニレンポリアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールを含む 、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法で製造された硬質ポリウレタ ンまたはウレタン改質ポリイソシアヌラートフォーム。 13.10〜40重量%のトリレンジアミン開始ポリエーテルポリオール(1 種またはそれ以上)を含む、多官能性イソシアナート反応性組成物。 14.さらに炭化水素系発泡剤を含む、請求項13記載の組成物。 15.350〜550mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1 3または14記載の組成物。 16.芳香族アミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールの量がイソシアナート反応性 成分全体に対し40〜100重量%である、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項記 載の組成物。 17.ジアミノジフェニルメタン開始またはポリメチレンポリフェニレンポリ アミン開始ポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項記 載の組成物。 18.炭化水素系発泡剤がn−ペンタンとイソペンタンの混合物である、請求 項14〜17のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
