Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.異なるシートを重ね合わせ、シートを分離する空間からガスを取り出すため に、真空容器内でシートパックを減圧し、最後に、シートパックに大気圧、次に 温度上昇をかける、少なくとも一つの外部ガラスシートと、少なくとも一つの熱 塑性ポリマー中間シートとを備える合わせガラスを製造する方法であって、シー トパックかまず熱塑性ポリマーの軟化温度に近い温度で加熱されること、シート パックのシート間を分離する空間からのガスの取り出しが、真空容器の内部に存 在する減圧を使用して、シートパックの覆われていない縁部を通して直接行われ ること、およびガスの取り出し後、シートパックを気密化するためのこれらシー トの接着が、シートパックの縁部に加えられる機械的圧力を使用して真空容器の 内部で行われることを特徴とする方法。 2.真空容器が比例的に制限される内容積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 3.容器内で、シートパックが、熱塑性ポリマーの軟化温度に近い温度で加熱お よび/またはその温度に保持されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 4.真空容器の排気が、高減圧状態にありその内容積が真空容器の内容積に比べ て大きな真空容器の接続を介して実施されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 から第3項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.ガスの取り出し中、シートパックを真空容器内に水平位置で配設し、上部ガ ラスシートが下部シートに自由に載架することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第4項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.真空容器を大気に開放した後に、パックを真空容器から取り除き、後熱炉内 で、熱塑性ポリマーの溶解温度に近い温度で追加熱処理を施すことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7.予熱炉(1)と、後熱炉(4)と、シートパック(6、7、8)を支持する 底(22)、および蓋(22)で構成される真空容器(20)とを準備すること 、底(21)内に、下部ガラスシート(6)の輪郭および形状に対応する枠(2 3)を設置し、蓋(22)内に、上部ガラスシート(8)の輪郭および形状に対 応する枠(33)を設置すること、および、プレス手段 を枠(23)および/または枠(33)に接続し、真空容器(20)から空気を 排出した後、これらの手段により、シートパックの縁部に機械的圧力を加えるこ とができることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法を実行するための装 置。 8.枠(23)および/または枠(33)に接続されたプレス手段が、圧縮空気 管路(27)に接続可能なエラストマー製送出ホース(24、34)で構成され ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の装置。 9.真空容器(20)を、その内容積が真空容器(20)の内容積に比べて大き な減圧室(42)に接続することができることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項ま たは第8項に記載の装置。
