Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 導電タブ領域を有する電極板を製造する処理であって、 a. 隆起面探針を有し、対向する軸のずれた穿孔板で電極板の領域を穿孔す る工程と、 b. その結果として生ずる領域を清浄化し、基層をなす多孔性基板を露出さ せて、導電タブ領域を形成する工程と、 c. 前記露出した基層をなす多孔性基板に導電タブを接着させる工程と、か ら構成されることを特徴とする電極板を製造する処理。 2. 2以上の穿孔工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理 。 3. 前記清浄化工程は、前記穿孔結果領域に超音波を当てることによるもの であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理。 4. 前記超音波は、平滑な表面を有する超音波ホーンと隆起した表面を有す る金敷とにより当てられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の処理。 5. 前記金敷は、可動ホイール金敷からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記 載の処理。 6. 前記露出した基層をなす多孔性基板は、前記清浄化工程の後は活性物質 が十分に除去されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理。 7. 前記接着工程は、超音波を当てることにより行われることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の処理。 8. 隆起した表面を有する超音波ホーンと平坦な表面を有する金敷とにより 前記超音波が当てられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の処理。 9. 前記導電タブは、ニッケル又はニッケル鍍金鉄鋼により形成されること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理。 10. 前記導電タブは、単一層導電タブであることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の処理。 11. 前記導電タブは、2重層導電タブであることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の処理。 12. 前記導電タブに穴を開ける工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の処理。 13. 前記導電タブと導電領域とをテープで留める工程をさらに含むことを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理。 14. 電気化学的活性物質が塗布され、基層をなす多孔性基板を有し、前記 活性物質が十分に除去された導電タブ領域と前記導電タブ領域に接着された導電 タブとを含む電極板。 15. 正電極、負電極、隔離板及び電解液を含み、前記正電極は、電気化学 的活性物質が塗布され、基層をなす多孔性基板を含み、前記電極板は、前記活性 物質が十分に除去された導電タブ領域と前記導電タブ領域に接着された導電タブ とを含む電気化学的電池。
