Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一方に光学データを記録するピットおよびランドを設けた2つ のディスク表面を接着して形成されるコンパクトディスクの製造方法であって、 第1ディスク表面および第2ディスク表面を形成する段階と、 前記表面の一方に放射線硬化性接着剤を塗布して、前記第2表面を前記第1表 面に整合状態で接触させる段階と、 前記接触した第1および第2ディスクと硬化用放射線源の間に硬化調整用フィ ルタを介在させる段階と、 前記第1および第2ディスクに前記放射線源から硬化用放射線を照射する段階 とからなり、 前記硬化調整用フィルタは、硬化用放射線を減衰するために、前記硬化用放射 線を吸収する材料を半径方向に変化する密度で有しており、 前記接着剤の硬化後にも、前記第1および第2ディスクが平坦であることを特 徴とするコンパクトディスクの製造方法。 2. 前記硬化用放射線が紫外線スペクトルに含まれるところの請求項1記載の 製造方法。 3. 前記硬化用放射線を吸収する材料の半径方向に変化する密度が、硬化調整 用フィルタの外径部で高くなるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造 方法。 4. 前記硬化調整用フィルタが、形成されるコンパクトディスクとほぼ同じ半 径のディスク形をしており、前記硬化調整用フィルタを介在させる段階が、硬化 調整用フィルタを前記第1または第2ディスクに整合状態で接触させる段階を含 むところの請求項1記載の製造方法。 5. 前記第1および第2ディスクに硬化用放射線を照射する段階が、各ディス クの表面が平坦のままであることができるように硬化中に2つのディスク表面を 相対移動させることができる強度の放射線を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の製造方法。 6. 前記2つのディスク表面が硬化段階の前に平坦でない場合に、前記第1お よび第2ディスクに硬化用放射線を照射する段階が、第1および第2ディスクの 表面が平坦になることができるように硬化中に2つのディスク表面を相対移動さ せることができる強度の放射線を用いるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記 載の製造方法。
