Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに接着された繊維の不織ウェブであって、前記繊維が第1主ウェブ面 と、第2主ウェブ面と、前記第1および第2主ウェブ面の間に延在する中間ウェ ブ部分とを画定し、前記各々の繊維が表面と長さとを有する、不織ウェブと、前 記第1または第2主ウェブ面の少なくとも一方の前記繊維の前記表面に接着され 、かつ前記繊維の長さに沿って実質的に均一に分布する複数の研磨粒子であって 、前記粒子が約60μ以下の中央値粒径を有する粒度分布を構成する複数の研磨粒 子と、を含む研磨製品。 2.前記繊維が、ポリエステル、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、アクリルポリマ ー、レーヨン、セルロースアセテートポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニリデン-塩化ビニ ルコポリマー、塩化ビニル-アクリロニトリルコポリマー、綿、羊毛、ジュート 、大麻、および前記材料の組合せから成るグループから選択した材料を含む、請 求項1記載の研磨製品。 3.前記繊維が、約1.5〜約500denierの範囲内の繊度を有する巻縮ステープル ファイバである、請求項1記載の製品。 4.前記繊維が、ウェブ内の繊維相互の接触点において、フェノール樹脂、α, β-不飽和カルボニル側基を有するアミノプラスト樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキ シ樹脂、エチレン系不飽和樹脂、アクリル化イソシアヌレート樹脂、ユリア-ホ ルムアルデヒド樹脂、イソシアヌレート樹脂、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アクリ ル化エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、フルオレン変性エポキシ樹脂、および これらの組合せから成るグループから選択された硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤を含む 予備接着樹脂で互いに接着される、請求項1記載の研磨製品。 5.前記ウェブの前記繊維が、溶融接着可能なバイコンポネントファイバを含 み、前記繊維の溶融成分により相互の接触点において互いに接着される、請求項 1記載の研磨製品。 6.前記研磨粒子が、フェノール樹脂、α,β-不飽和カルボニル側基を有する アミノプラスト樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エチレン系不飽和樹脂、ア クリル化イソシヌレート樹脂、ユリア-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、イソシアヌレー ト樹脂、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アクリル化エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹 脂、フルオレン変性エポキシ樹脂、およびこれらの組合せから成るグループから 選択された硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤により前記不織ウェブの前記繊維に接着され る、請求項1記載の研磨製品。 7.前記硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤が、前記ウェブの前記繊維上に実質的に均一 な樹脂層を形成する、請求項6記載の研磨製品。 8.前記実質的に均一な樹脂層が、分離したメークコートおよびサイズコート を含む、請求項7記載の研磨製品。 9.前記研磨粒子が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化珪素、アルミナジルコニア、ダ イヤモンド、セリア、立方晶窒化硼素、ガーネット、およびこれらの組合せから 成るグループから選択された材料を含む、請求項1記載の研磨製品。 10.前記酸化アルミニウムが、セラミック酸化アルミニウム、熱処理した酸化 アルミニウム、白色溶融酸化アルミニウム、およびこれらの組合せから成るグル ープから選択される、請求項9記載の研磨製品。 11.前記研磨粒子が、約0.1〜約60μの範囲内の中央値粒径を有する、請求項 1記載の研磨製品。 12.前記研磨粒子が、熱硬化性ポリマー粒子、熱可塑性ポリマー粒子、および これらの組合せから成るグループから選択される材料を含む、請求項1記載の研 磨製品。 13.互いに接着された繊維のロフティな不織ウェブであって、前記繊維が、第 1主ウェブ面と、第2主ウェブ面と、前記第1および第2主ウェブ面の間に延在 する中間ウェブ部分とを画定し、前記各々の繊維が表面と長さとを有する、不織 ウェブと、 前記第1または第2主ウェブ面の少なくとも一方の前記繊維の前記表面に硬化 済み熱硬化性接着剤により接着され、かつ前記繊維の長さに沿って実質的に均一 に分布する複数の粒子であって、前記粒子が約60μ以下の中央値粒径を有する粒 度分布を構成する複数の研磨粒子と、を含む研磨製品。 14.前記繊維が、ポリエステル、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、アクリルポリマ ー、レーヨン、セルロースアセテートポリマー、ポリ塩化ビニリデン-塩化ビニ ルコポリマー、塩化ビニル-アクリロニトリルコポリマー、綿、木、ジュート、 大麻、およびこれらの材料の組合せから成るグループから選択される材料を含む 、請求項13記載の研磨製品。 15.前記繊維が、線密度が約1.5〜約500denierの範囲内の巻縮ステープルファ イバである、請求項13記載の研磨製品。 16.前記繊維が、前記ウェブ内の繊維相互の接触点において、フェノール樹脂 、α,β-不飽和カルボニル側基を有するアミノプラスト樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エ ポキシ樹脂、エチレン系不飽和樹脂、アクリル化イソシヌレート樹脂、ユリア- ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、イソシアヌレート樹脂、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アク リル化エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、フルオレン変性エポキシ樹脂、およ びこれらの組合せから成るグループから選択される硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤を含 む予備接着樹脂により互いに接着される、請求項13記載の研磨製品。 17.前記ウェブの前記繊維が、溶融接着可能なバイコンポネントファイバを含 み、前記繊維の溶融成分により繊維相互の接触点において互いに接着される、請 求項13記載の研磨製品。 18.前記研磨粒子が、フェノール樹脂、α,β-不飽和カルボニル側基を有する アミノプラスト樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エチレン系不飽和樹脂、ア クリル化イソシヌレート樹脂、ユリア-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、イソシアヌレー ト樹脂、アクリル化ウレタン樹脂、アクリル化エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹 脂、フルオレン変性エポキシ樹脂、およびこれらの組合せから成るグループから 選択された硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤により前記不織ウェブの前記繊維に接着され る、請求項13記載の研磨製品。 19.前記硬化済み熱硬化性接着剤は、前記ウェブの前記繊維上に実質的に均 一な樹脂層を形成する、請求項18記載の研磨製品。 20.前記研磨粒子が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化珪素、アルミナジルコニア、ダ イヤモンド、セリア、立方晶窒化硼素、ガーネット、およびこれらの組合せから 成るグループから選択された材料を含む、請求項13記載の研磨製品。 21.前記酸化アルミニウムが、セラミック酸化アルミニウム、熱処理酸化アル ミニウム、白色溶融酸化アルミニウム、およびこれらの組合せから成るグループ から選択される、請求項20記載の研磨製品。 22.前記研磨粒子が、約0.1〜約60μの範囲内の中央値粒径を有する、請求項1 3記載の研磨製品。
