- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)基幹ポリマーと、 (b)前記基幹ポリマーに共有結合した複数個の信号発生基とから成り、 前記信号発生基が、複素環に少なくとも1つの窒素原子を含む複素環部分にエ チレン不飽和連結基によって結合された少なくとも1つのアニリノ部分を有する 染料に由来することを特徴とするポリマー染料。 2. 前記基幹ポリマーが求核性であり、前記信号発生基が求電子性であること を特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー染料。 3. 前記信号発生基が、式: A−L−B 〔式中、Aは複素環基を表し、 Lは連結基を表し、 Bはアニリノ基を表す〕 によって表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー染料。 4. Lが、式: 〔式中、nは1、2または3を示す〕を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載 のポリマー染料。 6. 前記信号発生基がカルボキシル基を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のポリマー染料。 7. 前記信号発生基が、アミノピリジニウムアニリノ、アミノキノリニウムア ニリノ、及び、アミノアクリジニウムアニリノから成るグループから選択された 染料に由来することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリマー染料。 8. 前記信号発生基が、カルボキシキノリニウムアニリノ、カルボキシベンザ チアゾリウムアニリノ、カルボキシベンズオキサゾリウムアニリノ、カルボキシ アクリジニウムアニリノ、 カルボキシベンズイミダゾリウムアニリノ、カルボキシナフトインドリウムアニ リノ、カルボキシナフタチアゾリウムアニリノ、カルボキシナフトイミジゾリウ ムアニリノ、及び、カルボキシナフトオキサゾリウムアニリノから成るグループ から選択された染料に由来することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリマー染料 。 9. 前記信号発生基が構造式: 〔式中、R1はアルキル基を表し、R2はアルキル基を表し、nは1〜3(両端値 を含む)の整数を表す〕を有する染料に由来することを特徴とする請求項6に記 載のポリマー染料。 10.前記信号発生基が構造式: 〔式中、R1はアルキル基を表し、R2はアルキル基を表し、nは1〜3(両端値 を含む)の整数を表し、X-は負電荷の対イオンを表す〕を有する染料に由来す ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリマー染料。 11. 前記基幹ポリマーが、当該基幹ポリマーに共有結合した複数の疎水性の 立体配座制限部分を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリマー染料。 12. 前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、シクロデキストリン、カルセランド 、カリキシラン、分子クレフト、ククルビテリル及びシクロファンから成るグル ープから選択された部分であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のポリマー染 料。 13. 請求項2に記載のポリマー染料と、前記ポリマー染料に会合しているが 前記基幹ポリマーに共有結合していない複数の疎水性の立体配座制限部分とから 成る組成物。 14. 前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、シクロデキストリン、カルセランド 、カリキシラン、分子クレフト、ククルビテリル及びシクロファンから成るグル ープから選択された部分であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の組成物。 15. 前記基幹ポリマーが求電子性であり、前記信号発生基 が求核性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー染料。 16. 前記基幹ポリマーが、当該基幹ポリマーに共有結合した複数の疎水性の 立体配座制限部分を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のポリマー染料。 17. 前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、シクロデキストリン、カルセランド 、カリキシラン、分子クレフト、ククルビテリル及びシクロファンから成るグル ープから選択された部分であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のポリマー染 料。 18. 請求項15に記載のポリマー染料と、前記ポリマー染料に会合している が前記基幹ポリマーに共有結合していない複数の疎水性の立体配座制限部分とか ら成る組成物。 19. 前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、シクロデキストリン、カルセランド 、カリキシラン、分子クレフト、ククルビテリル及びシクロファンから成るグル ープから選択された部分であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の組成物。 20. 結合対の一方の因子と、 前記因子に結合した少なくとも1つのポリマー染料と、 前記ポリマー染料に会合した疎水性の立体配座制限部分とから 成るコンジュゲート。 21. 前記ポリマー染料に会合した前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が前記少な くとも1つのポリマー染料に共有結合していないことを特徴とする請求項20に 記載のコンジュゲート。 22. 前記ポリマー染料に会合した前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が前記少な くとも1つのポリマー染料に共有結合していることを特徴とする請求項20に記 載のコンジュゲート。 23. 前記ポリマー染料に会合した前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、シクロ デキストリン、カルセランド、カリキシラン、分子クレフト、ククルビテリル及 びシクロファンから成るグループから選択された部分であることを特徴とする請 求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 24. 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー染料が、最適化された高蛍光性ポリマー であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 25. 前記ポリマー染料が、アミノピリジニウムアニリノ、アミノキノリニウ ムアニリノ、及び、アミノアクリジニウムアニリノから成るグループから選択さ れた染料に由来することを特徴とする請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 26. 前記ポリマー染料が、カルボキシキノリニウムアニリノ、カルボキシベ ンザチアゾリウムアニリノ、カルボキシベンズオキサゾリウムアニリノ、カルボ キシアクリジニウムアニリノ、カルボキシベンズイミダゾリウムアニリノ、カル ボキシナフトインドリウムアニリノ、カルボキシナフタチアゾリウムアニリノ、 カルボキシナフトイミジゾリウムアニリノ、及び、カルボキシナフトオキサゾリ ウムアニリノから成るグループから選択された染料に由来することを特徴とする 請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 27. 前記ポリマー染料が、式:〔式中、R1はアルキル基を表し、R2はアルキル基を表し、nは1〜3(両端値 を含む)の整数を表す〕のベンゾチアゾールピリジニウムトリエンから成ること を特徴とする請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 28. 前記ポリマー染料が、式: 〔式中、R1はアルキル基を表し、R2はアルキル基を表し、nは1〜3(両端値 を含む)の整数を表し、X-は負電荷の対イオンを表す〕のアミノスチリルビリ ジニウムから成ることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 29. 前記ポリマー染料に会合した前記疎水性の立体配座制限部分が、前記ポ リマー染料に共有結合したβ−シクロデキストリンアルデヒド部分であることを 特徴とする請求項20に記載のコンジュゲート。 30. a.試験サンプルを準備し、 b.前記試験サンプルから細胞を単離し、 c.前記試験サンプルに溶解誘発剤を導入し、 d.前記試験サンプルに請求項20に記載のコンジュゲートを添加し、 e.前記試験サンプルの蛍光を測定する、 段階から成る細胞表現形質のイムノタイピング方法。
