Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.導電性可撓性基材と、剥離層と、イオン挿入性材料を含む接着剤とを含む テープ。 2.前記イオン挿入性材料が前記基材と前記剥離層との間に配置される、請求 の範囲第1項に記載のテープ。 3.前記剥離層が前記基材の一方の面に提供された低表面エネルギー被膜を含 み、前記イオン挿入性材料が前記基材の他方の面に提供される、請求の範囲第1 項に記載のテープ。 4.前記接着剤が感圧接着剤を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載のテープ。 5.前記接着剤がエレクトロクロミック材料を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載 のテープ。 6.前記接着剤がイオン蓄積材料を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載のテープ。 7.前記接着剤がイオン伝導性高分子電解質をさらに含む、請求の範囲第5ま たは6項に記載のテープ。 8.前記可撓性基材が透明導体を備えたポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、 請求の範囲第1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のテープ。 9.前記可撓性基材が反射性基材を含む、請求の範囲第1〜6のいずれか1項 に記載のテープ。 10.イオン伝導性電解質によって隔絶され、かつ硬質導電性基材と可撓性導 電性基材との間に配置されたイオン挿入性エレクトロクロミック材料とイオン挿 入性イオン蓄積材料とから成るエレクトロクロミック素子。 11.前記電解質が接着剤状のイオン伝導性高分子電解質を含む、請求の範囲 第10項に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。 12.a)導電性可撓性基材と、剥離層と、第1のイオン挿入性材料を含む接 着剤とを含むテープを用意するステップと、 b)第2のイオン挿入性材料を含む第2の導電性基材と前記テープの接着剤部 分とを接触させるステップと、 c)前記テープと前記第2の導電性基材とを貼り合わせるステップとを含むエ レクトロクロミック素子を組み立てる方法であって、前記イオン挿入性材料の内 の一方がエレクトロクロミック材料を構成し、もう一方がイオン蓄積材料を構成 するエレクトロクロミック素子を組み立てる方法。 13.前記第2の基材は硬質基材を含む、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.前記接着剤がイオン伝導性高分子電解質と、エレクトロクロミック材料 を含むイオン挿入性材料とを含み、前記第2の基材がイオン蓄積材料を含むイオ ン挿入性材料を含む、請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 15.前記接着剤がイオン蓄積材料を含むイオン挿入性材料を含む、請求の範 囲第12項に記載の方法。 16.前記接着剤がイオン伝導性高分子電解質を含む、請求の範囲第15項に 記載の方法。 17.前記接着剤がイオン伝導性高分子電解質と、イオン蓄積材料を含むイオ ン挿入性材料とを含み、前記第2の基材がエレクトロクロミック材料を含むイオ ン挿入性材料を含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 18.グレイジング装置であって、 (a)イオン伝導性電解質によって互いに隔絶されたイオン挿入性エレクトロ クロミック材料とイオン挿入性イオン蓄積材料とを含み、両基材とも導電性であ る第1の硬質透明基材と可撓性透明基材と の間に配置されたエレクトロクロミック素子と、 (b)前記可撓性透明基材に近接した第2の硬質透明基材とを含む、グレイジ ング装置。 19.断熱層が画定されるように前記第1の硬質透明基材、または前記第2の 硬質透明基材から間隔を置いて配置された第3の硬質透明基材をさらに含む、請 求の範囲第18項に記載のグレイジング装置。
