Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.超硬合金またはサーメットの物体をグラファイトトレーに置いて焼結方法 であって、 20wt%以下のZrO2を含有するY2O3、または相当体積量の他の耐熱酸 化物例えばAl2O3またはそれらの組み合わせ物の、10μm以上の平均厚さで あるカバー層の被膜を有するグラファイトトレーを使用することを特徴とする超 硬合金またはサーメットの物体の焼結方法。 2.前記トレーが、Mo、W、Nb、Zr、Ta好ましくはMoまたはWまた はそれらの組み合わせ物のような耐熱金属を含有する10μm以上の平均厚さで ある1種以上の中間層の被膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記トレーが、耐熱酸化物好ましくはZrO2基を含有する10μm以上 の平均厚さである1種以上の中間層の被膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1記 載の方法。 4.トレーが、20wt%以下のZrO2を含有するY2O3、または相当体積 量の他の耐熱酸化物例えばAl2O3またはそれらの組み合わせ物の、10μm以 上の平均厚さであるカバー層の被膜を有することを特徴とする超硬合金物体また はサーメットの物体を焼結するトレー。 5.前記トレーが、Mo、W、Nb、Zr、Ta好ましくはMoまたはWまた はそれらの組み合わせ物のような耐熱金属を含有する10μm以上の平均厚さで ある1種以上の中間層の被膜を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載のトレー。 6.前記トレーが、耐熱酸化物好ましくはZrO2基を含有する10μm以上 の平均厚さである1種以上の中間層の被膜を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項4記載のトレー。
