Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電子式変速機制御装置(5)が入力量(10乃至12)に基づき電磁式 操作部(6,7)を介して一次及び二次ベルト車の調整室の圧力レベルを決定し 、その際必要な圧力レベルが一次及び二次ベルト車の力関係の計算のためのアル ゴリズムによって決定される円錐ベルト車巻掛式CVTの圧力制御方法において 、中立又は駐車ポジションからの退出を認識し、選択レバー(10)で前進又は 後退ポジションに挿入すると、一次及び二次ベルト車の高められた第1の圧力レ ベル(p1)が送り出され、その際一次ベルト車の圧力レベルは、変速比が変え られないように決定されることを特徴とする方法。 2. ある運転ポジションを認識すると、一次及び二次ベルト車の圧力レベル が第1の圧力レベル(p1)から特性曲線を経て第2の圧力レベル(p2)に減 少される時間段階(T1)が開始され、その際第2の圧力レベル(p2)が前記 アルゴリズムで計算された圧力レベルに相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 3. 変速機の限界出力回転数(nAB>限界値)を超え、かつ前進方向を認 識すると、一次及び二次ベルト車の圧力レベルが第1の圧力レベル(p1)から 特性曲線を経て第2の圧力レベル(p2)へと減少される時間段階(T1)が開 始され、その際第2の圧力レベル(p2)が前記アルゴリズムで計算された圧力 レベルに相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4. ある運転段及び高められた変速機入力トルク(MT>限界値)を認識す ると、一次及び二次ベルト車の圧力レベルが第3の圧力レベル(p3)に設定さ れ、その際第3の圧力レベル(p3)が第2の圧力レベル(p2)より高いこと を特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。 5. 前進段から後退段又はその逆に選択レバー(10)を逆動するとき、前 進又は後退クラッチの操作が時間(T2)だけ遅らされ、時間(T2)の間に一 次及び二次ベルト車の圧力レベルがゼロに減少されて、円錐ベルト車/巻掛部材 系統が完全に弛緩されることを特徴とする請求項1のプリアンブルに記載の方法 。 6. 時間(T2)の経過の後に一次及び二次ベルト車の圧力レベルが前記ア ルゴリズムによって計算した圧力レベルに設定されることを特徴とする請求項5 に記載の方法。 7. 切断する切換要素で前進段から後退段へ又はその逆に選択レバー(10 )を逆動するときに、圧力レベルをゼロまで減少しないで、切断する切換要素に 抵抗トルクが生じるように残留圧力(pR)を設定し、その際変速装置のたるみ 状態を通過するときに一次側の回転質量が制動されるように残留圧力(pR)を 選定することを特徴とする請求項1のプリアンブルに記載の方法。
