Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マルチレンジ連続可変変速機であって、 エンジンから入力動力を受け取るように接続する入力シャフトと、 被動体へ出力動力を送出するように接続する出力シャフトと、 ベルト型変速機ユニットであり、前記入力シャフトへ接続された入力と、速 度比上限と速度比下限との間で前記変速機ユニットをストロークさせることに より連続可変速度比を生成する出力とを有する変速機ユニットと、 前記入力シャフトへ接続された第1の入力と、前記変速機ユニットの出力へ 接続された第2の入力と、前記出力シャフトへ接続された出力と、第1と第2 の入力と前記出力との間の歯車システムを通じて動力流を伝達する複数の歯車 セットとを含む歯車系と、 複数のシフト要素を含むシフト手段であり、前記シフト要素は、前記歯車系 と前記変速機ユニットを通じて動力流を変える歯車セットの歯車要素を選択的 に起動し、マルチレンジの間で前記伝達をシフトさせ、各々の前記シフト要素 は、前記変速機ユニットのストロークに応答して前記出力シャフトに連続的可 変速度を導く能力があるシフト手段とを備えるマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユ ニット。 2.請求項1のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、前記歯車セットが 、前記上限速度比と下限速度比との中間で前記変速機ユニットのニュートラル ストローク設定における歯車系出力におけるゼロ駆動を導くように選択された 歯車比を有するマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 3.請求項2のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 前記シフト手段が第1のシフト要素を含み、この第1のシフト要素は、第1 の歯車要素を駆動して、前記変速機ユニットが前記ニュートラルストローク設 定から離間する一方向へストロークしたとき前記出力シャフトにおける前進速 度駆動の増大を導き、前記変速機ユニットが前記ニュートラルストローク設定 から離間する他方向へストロークしたとき前記出力シャフトにおける増大する 後退速度駆動を導くマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 4.請求項1のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、前記シフト手段が 、 回生走行速度レンジへシフトさせるように第1の歯車要素へ働く第1のシフト 要素を含み、加速は前記変速機ユニットを低速度比限界へ向かってドラムスト ロークさせることにより達成されるマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 5.請求項1のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、前記歯車セットが 、複数の遊星歯車セットを含むマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 6.請求項1のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、前記歯車系が、第 1と第2第3の遊星歯車セットを含むマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 7.請求項1のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 第1の遊星歯車セットが、第1の太陽歯車と、前記歯車系出力へ接続された 第1の遊星歯車キャリアと、第1の内歯車とを含む第2の遊星歯車セットとを 含み、 第2の遊星歯車セットが、第2の歯車系入力としての前記変速機ユニット出 力へ接続された第2の太陽歯車と、第1の内歯車に接続された第2の遊星歯車 キャリアと、第1の遊星歯車キャリアに接続された第2の内歯車とを含み、 第3の遊星歯車セットが、第1の歯車系入力としての前記入力シャフトへ接 続された第3の太陽歯車と、第2の遊星歯車キャリアに接続された第3の遊星 歯車キャリアと、第3の内歯車とを含むマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット 。 8.請求項7のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、第1と第2と第3 の遊星歯車セットが、前記上限速度比と下限速度比との中間で前記変速機ユニ ットのニュートラルストローク設定における歯車系出力におけるゼロ駆動を導 くように選択された歯車比を有するマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 9.請求項7のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 前記シフト手段が第1のブレーキを含み、この第1のブレーキは、第3の内 歯車を係止するように作動自在であることにより、前記変速機ユニットが前記 ニュートラルストローク設定から前記下限速度比へ向かって下方へストローク したときに前記出力シャフトに第1の前進レンジ連続可変速度駆動を導き、前 記変速機ユニットが前記ニュートラルストローク設定から前記上限速度比へ向 かって上方へストロークしたときに前記出力シャフトに後退レンジ連続可変速 度駆動を導くマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。 10.請求項9のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 前記シフト手段が、第1の太陽歯車を係止するように作動自在である第2の ブレーキを更に含むことにより、前記変速機ユニットが前記低速度比限界から 高速度比限界へ向かって上方へストロークしたときに前記出力シャフトに第2 の前進レンジ連続可変速度駆動が導かれるマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニッ ト。 11.請求項10のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 前記シフト手段が第3の内歯車を前記入力シャフトへ接続するように係合自 在なクラッチを更に含むことにより、前記変速機ユニットが前記高速度比限界 から前記低速度比限界へ向かって下方へストロークしたときに前記出力シャフ トに第3のレンジ連続可変速度駆動を導くマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニッ ト。 12.請求項11のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 制御器を更に備え、この制御器は、同期レンジシフトを達成するように、第 1と第2のブレーキおよび前記クラッチの前記変速機ユニットのストローク位 置との係合および係合解除とを調整するマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット 。 13.請求項9のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 被動体が車輛であり、前記変速機ユニットが、第1の前進レンジから後退レ ンジへの円滑な停止状態からの走行開始の車輛の加速を導く方式で第1のブレ ーキの係止を調整する制御器を更に備えるマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニッ ト。 14.請求項9記載のマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニットであり、 前記入力シャフトと前記歯車系の第1の入力との間に接続された増速継手を 更に備えるマルチレンジ連続可変変速機ユニット。
