Abstract

Patente de Invençao:<B>"TRANSMISSãO VARIáVEL, CONTìNUA, DO TIPO CINTA, DE MARCHAS MúLTIPLAS"<D>.Em uma transmissão variável, contínua, de múltiplas marchas, de acordo com a presente invenção, a força de motor de entrada é dividida entre uma unidade de tansmissão variável, contínua, do tipo cinta e um sistema de engrenagens planetárias interconectadas. Este sistema de engrenagem em seguida combina a força dividida recebida do motor e da saída de unidade de transmissão de modo a produzir uma saída de transmissão para a propulsão de um veículo em marchas dianteiras múltiplas e uma marcha reversa, cada marcha de velocidade variável , contínua produzida pelo impulso da unidade de transmissão. A mudança sincrónica entre as marchas é obtida pela embreagem seletiva ou elementos de freios dos jogos de engrenagem plantetária nos ajustes de impulso apropriados da unidade de transmissão, de tal modo que o veículo pode ser acelerado suavemente a partir do descanso até uma velocidade máxima.
