Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.楕円体状の部分輪郭(3)を持ち、長手軸線(RA)を有しかつ壁面に赤外 放射を反射する被膜(14)を備えた回転対称形のガラス球(2;10)と、こ のガラス球(2;10)の内部において軸線に配置され2つのリード線(16、 17)によって支持されている回転対称形の発光体(4;15)とを備え、2つ のリード線がガラス球の1つの又は2つの側部で1つの密封部(12)もしくは 場合によっては2つの密封部によって気密に外部へ案内されている電球(9)、 特にハロゲン電球において、ガラス球(2;10)の楕円体状の部分輪郭は、半 短軸bが長手軸線に対して垂直に、即ちガラス球(2;10)の回転軸線(RA )に対して垂直に向けられ、かつ半短軸bがガラス球(2;10)の最大半径R より長い、即ちb>Rである楕円部分(3)によって作成されていることを特徴 とする電球。 2.半短軸bの長さがR<b<R+5・wr(R及びwrはガラス球の最大半径な らびに回転対称形の発光体の最大半径を表す)の範囲内にあることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の電球。 3.半短軸bの長さがR+wr≦b<R+3・wrの範囲内にあることを特徴とす る請求項2記載の電球。 4.膜(14)が電球(9)の外面上に設けられ、ガラス球(10)と密封部( 12)の少なくとも一部とを包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3 記載の電球。 5.楕円部分(3)の半長軸aの長さが次の範囲、即ちw1/2<a<3・w1( 大きさw1は発光体(4;15)の長さを表す)内にあることを特徴する請求項 1乃至4の1つに記載の電球。 6.ガラス球(10)が少なくとも一方の端部に電球頸部(11)を有し、この 頸部が少なくとも1つのリード線(16、17)をできるだけ接近して取囲み、 その頸部の反ガラス球側端部が密封部(12)によって気密に閉鎖されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つ又は複数に記載の電球。
