Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 測定セルと対向電極とを具備する電気化学的センサにより溶融物上に存す る層の電気化学的活性度を測定するための方法であって、まず測定セル(5)と 対向電極(4)を溶融物中に潜入させ、その際測定セル(5)と対向電極(4) を層との接触から保護し、測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)を溶融物と接触させ て加熱し、ついで測定セル(5)を測定の実行のため層中に引き上げ、そして対 向電極(4)を測定の間溶融物内に存在せしめることを特徴とする溶融物上に存 する層の電気化学的活性度の測定方法。 2. 測定が溶融鋼(3)とその上に存するスラグ層(2)内で実施される請求 項1記載の溶融物上に存する層の電気化学的活性度の測定方法。 3. 測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)が支持体上に配置され、対向電極(4) が測定セル(5)とともに同時に引き上げられる請求項1または2記載の溶融物 上に存する層の電気化学的活性度の測定方法。 4. 測定セル(5)の溶融物からの引上げ前に、溶融物の酸素活性度が決定さ れる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶融物上に存する層の電気化学的活性度の 測定方法。 5. 測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)の引上げ動作中に測定が行われる請求項 1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶融物上に存する層の電気化学的活性度の測定方法。 6. 測定中溶融鋼(3)および/またはスラグ層(2)の温度が決定される請 求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の溶融物上に存する層の電気化学的活性度の測定方 法。 7. 支持体上に配置され電気化学的測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)を有する 電気化学的センサで溶融物上に存する層の電気化学的活性度を測定するための潜 入測定フィーラーであって、測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)が保護キャップ( 7,8)を有し、測定セル(5)がセンサの潜入位置において対向電極(4)の 上方に配置されることを特徴とする潜入測定フィーラー。 8. 支持体が支持管(1)として構成され、測定セル(5)が支持管(1)の 側壁にまたは側壁内に配置され、対向電極(4)が支持管(1)の潜入端部に配 置される請求項7記載の潜入測定フィーラー。 9. 測定セル(5)が支持管(1)の側壁内の開口に配置される請求項8記載 の潜入測定フィーラー。 10. 支持体が支持管(1)として構成され、測定セル(5)と対向電極(4 )が支持管(1)の潜入端部に配置され、そして対向電極(4)が、支持管(1 )の潜入端部に固定される保持体(9)上に配置される請求項7記載の潜入測定 フィーラー。 11. 測定セル(5)と対向電極(4)との間の間隔が少なくとも2cmであ る請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の潜入測定フィーラー。 12. 支持体の潜入端部にサーモエレメント(6)が配置されている請求項7 〜11のいずれかに記載の潜入測定フィーラー。
