Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリオール及びポリイソシアネート並びに発泡剤及び場合により気泡助剤 から硬質ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、該硬質ポリウレタンフ ォームは、 A) 1. 発泡剤としてのi−及び/若しくはn−ペンタンに対する表面張力 6〜14mN/m、分子量250〜1,500の、少なくとも2個の水酸基を有す るポリエーテル並びに/又はポリエステル60〜100%と、 2. 発泡剤としてのi−及び/若しくはn−ペンタンと、 3. 水と、 4. 場合により助剤及び添加剤とを含む、平均して少なくとも3個の水 素原子を有するポリオール成分を、 B) 発泡剤としてのi−及び/若しくはn−ペンタンに対する表面張力4.0〜 8mN/m、NCO含有量20〜48重量%のポリイソシアネートと反応させるこ とにより得られることを特徴とする前記方法。 2. 出発化合物にエチレンオキシド70〜100重量%とプロピレンオキシド 0〜30重量%とを重付加することにより得られた分子量250〜1,500の ポリエーテルを使用する請求項1の方法。 3. ソルビトールから出発し、エチレンオキシド70〜100重量%と1,2 −プロピレンオキシド0〜30重量%とをベースにした分子量500〜1,40 0のポリエーテルを使用する請求項2の方法。 4. スクロースから出発し、エチレンオキシド70〜100重量%と1,2− プロピレンオキシド0〜30重量%とをベースにした分子量500〜1,400 のポリエーテルを使用する請求項2の方法。 5. トリメチロールプロパンから出発し、エチレンオキシド70〜100重量 %と1,2−プロピレンオキシド0〜30重量%とをベースにした分子量250 〜850のポリエーテルを使用する請求項2の方法。 6. グリセリンから出発し、エチレンオキシド70〜100重量%と1,2− プロピレンオキシド0〜30重量%とをベースにした分子量250〜850のポ リエーテルを使用する請求項2の方法。 7. o−トルイレンジアミンから出発し、エチレンオキシド70〜100重量 %と1,2−プロピレンオキシド0〜30重量%とをベースにした分子量250 〜850のポリエーテルを使用する請求項2の方法。 8. 芳香族及び脂肪族ジカルボン酸と、少なくとも2個の水酸基を有するポリ オールとから形成された分子量200〜600のポリエステルを使用する請求項 1の方法。 9. i)場合により2,4−及び2,2−同族体及び0〜30重量%の多官能 性部分と混じり合った4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート を、 ii)出発化合物にエチレンオキシド70〜100重量%及び1,2−プロ ピレンオキシド0〜30重量%を重付加することにより得られた分子 量60〜1,400のポリエーテルと反応させて得られる、 ポリイソシアネートとして末端NCO基を有する、NCO基含有量20〜33重 量%のプレポリマーを使用する請求項1の方法。 10.i)場合により2,4−及び2,2−同族体及び0〜30重量%の多官能 性部分と混じり合った4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート を、 ii)芳香族及び/若しくは脂肪族ジカルボン酸と少なくとも2個の水酸基 を有するポリオールとをベースにした分子量200〜600のポリエ ステルと反応させて得られる、 ポリイソシアネートとして末端NCO基を有する、NCO基含有量20〜33重 量%のプレポリマーを使用する請求項1の方法。 11.i)場合により2,4−及び2,6−同族体及び0〜30重量%の多官能 性部分が混じり合ったトルイレンジイソシアネートを、 ii)出発化合物にエチレンオキシド70〜100重量%及び1,2−プロ ピレンオキシド0〜30重量%を重付加することにより得られた分子 量60〜1,400のポリエーテルと反応させて得られる、 ポリイソシアネートとして末端NCO基を有する、NCO基含有量25〜45重 量%のプレポリマーを使用する請求項1の方法。 12.i)場合により2,4−及び2,6−同族体及び0〜30重量%の多官能 性部分が混じり合ったトルイレンジイソシアネートを、 ii)芳香族及び/若しくは脂肪族ジカルボン酸と少なくとも2個の水酸基 を有するポリオールとをベースにした分子量200〜600のポリエ ステルと反応させて得られる、 ポリイソシアネートとして末端NCO基を有する、NCO基含有量25〜45重 量%のプレポリマーを使用する請求項1の方法。
