Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1および第3の層と; 前記第1および第3の層の間に配置され、テレフタル酸ポリエステルを含 有する第2の層と; を含有する多数層フィルムであって、 前記第2の層が、前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルの一体フィルムにおいて、同じ 温度且つ同じ延伸速度にて得られる延伸比よりも大きい延伸比まで、少なくとも 1軸方向に配向された多数層フィルム。 2.前記第1および第3の層の少なくとも1つが高弾性率の材料である請求項 1記載のフィルム。 3.前記第1および第3の層の少なくとも1つは、25℃において、少なくと も1軸方向の弾性率が少なくとも約1000kpsiである請求項1記載のフィ ルム。 4.前記第1の層および前記第3の層の少なくとも1つがナフタレンジカルボ ン酸ポリエステルを含有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 5.前記第1の層と前記第3の層の両方がナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステ ルを含有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 6.前記フィルムが、前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルの一体フィルムにおいて 、同じ温度且つ同じ延伸速度にて得られる延伸比よりも大きい延伸比まで、少な くとも2軸方向に配向された請求項1記載のフィルム。 7.前記フィルムが多数の層を有し、前記多数の層の大部分が、ナフタレンジ カルボン酸ポリエステルを含有する少なくとも1つの層とテレフタル酸ポリエス テルを含有する少なくとも1つの層との間で交互に繰り返す配列で配置される請 求項1のフィルム。 8.前記フィルムが少なくとも約7層を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 9.前記フィルムが少なくとも約13層を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 10.前記フィルムの両側面層がナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルを含有 する請求項1記載のフィルム。 11.前記フィルムが、延伸される前に少なくとも約15秒間予備加熱される 請求項1記載のフィルム。 12.前記フィルムが、延伸される前に少なくとも約30秒間予備加熱される 請求項1記載のフィルム。 13.前記フィルムが、延伸される前に約15乃至約30秒間予備加熱される 請求項1記載のフィルム。 14.前記フィルムが、延伸される前に約30乃至約45秒間予備加熱される 請求項1記載のフィルム。 15.前記フィルムが少なくとも約120℃にて予備加熱される請求項12記 載のフィルム。 16.前記フィルムが約150℃乃至約168℃の範囲内にて予備加熱される 請求項12記載のフィルム。 17.前記フィルムが約150℃乃至約160℃の範囲内にて予備加熱される 請求項12記載のフィルム。 18.前記フィルムが120℃より高いが、185℃より低い温度にて延伸さ れる請求項1記載のフィルム。 19.前記フィルムが約150℃乃至約160℃の間にて延伸される請求項1 記載のフィルム。 20.前記フィルムが、17.7ppm/℃より小さい両面の熱膨張率を有す る請求項1記載のフィルム。 21.前記フィルムが、6.1ppm/℃より小さい両面の熱膨 張率を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 22.前記フィルムが、4.7ppm/℃より小さい両面の熱膨張率を有する 請求項1記載のフィルム。 23.前記フィルムが、10.1ppm/%RHより小さい両面の吸湿膨張率 を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 24.前記フィルムが、9.8ppm/%RHより小さい両面の吸湿膨張率を 有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 25.前記フィルムが、9.3ppm/%RHより小さい両面の吸湿膨張率を 有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 26.前記フィルムが、少なくとも約40重量%の前記ナフタレンジカルボン 酸ポリエステルと約5重量%未満の前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルとを含有する 請求項4記載のフィルム。 27.前記フィルムが、約60乃至約80重量%の前記ナフタレンジカルボン 酸ポリエステルと約20乃至約40重量%の前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルとを 含有する請求項26記載のフィルム。 28.前記フィルムが、25℃にて5.1より大きい真の延伸比を有する請求 項1記載のフィルム。 29.前記フィルムが、25℃にて約5.4より大きい真の2軸延伸比を有す る請求項28記載のフィルム。 30.前記フィルムのヤング率が、少なくとも1軸方向において1080kp siより大きい請求項29記載のフィルム。 31.前記フィルムのヤング率が、少なくとも1軸方向において1150kp siより大きい請求項29記載のフィルム。 32.前記フィルムの熱硬化係数が、少なくとも1軸方向において1180k psiより大きい請求項28記載のフィルム。 33.前記フィルムの熱硬化係数が、少なくとも1軸方向において1250k psiより大きい請求項29記載のフィルム。 34.前記フィルムが、少なくとも1軸方向において少なくとも1300kp siのヤング率を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 35.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、約0.6乃至約1.1dL/gの範 囲内の固有粘度を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 36.前記ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルが、約0.52dl/gより 小さい固有粘度を有する請求項4記載のフィルム。 37.前記ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルが、少なくとも約0.53d L/gの固有粘度を有する請求項4記載のフィルム。 38.該フィルムが、150℃までの温度で15分間加熱されるとき、約2% より小さい横方向の両面の熱収縮を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 39.該フィルムが、150℃までの温度で15分間加熱されるとき、約0. 1%より小さい横方向の熱収縮を有する請求項1記載のフィルム。 40.約70重量%乃至約95重量パーセントのナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリ エステルと、約5重量%乃至約30重量パーセントのテレフタル酸ポリエステル を含有する多数の層を有する多数層フィルム。 41.前記多数の層が、約80重量%のナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステル を含有する請求項40記載のフィルム。 42.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、少なくとも1軸方向に、少なくとも 約2の延伸比まで延伸される請求項40記載のフィルム。 43.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、少なくとも約5.5の延伸比まで延 伸される請求項42記載のフィルム。 44.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、約150℃乃至約175℃の範囲内 で延伸される請求項42記載のフィルム。 45.前記テレフタル酸ポリエステルが、約150℃乃至約16 0℃の範囲内で延伸される請求項42記載のフィルム。 46.前記フィルムが、少なくとも約6.0の公称2軸延伸比を有する請求項 38記載のフィルム。 47.第1および第3の層と; 前記第1および第3の層との間に配置され、ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポ リエステルを含有する第2の層と を有する多数層フィルムであって、 前記第2の層が、前記ナフタレンジカルボン酸ポリエステルの一体フィルムにお いて、同じ温度且つ同じ延伸速度で得られる延伸比より大きい延伸比まで、少な くとも1軸方向に配向された多数層フィルム。
