Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 車輪がロックアップする傾向を示すとき、過大な車輪スリップを防止する ために制動圧力を変更するようにした、ABSシステムを備えた自動車、特に商業 用車両の運転動作を制御するための方法であって、カーブ路走行中の車両の転倒 安定性の減少をABS制御介入を用いることによって検出することを特徴とする運 転動作の制御方法。 2. 転倒安定性の減少が検出されたとき、運転動作における制御介入を生起さ せて車両の転倒安定性を増大させることを特徴とする請求項1による運転動作の 制御方法。 3. A)車両の横加速度を決定する過程と、 B)可能な最大制動力に比べて小さい制動介入を生起させる過程と、 C)ABSシステムをモニターする過程と、 D)ABSシステムが応答するならば、警報信号及び制御介入(特にブレーキ介入 )の少なくとも1つを生じさせる過程と、 を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2による運転動作の制御方法。 4. 牽引車(2)及びセミトレーラ(3)を有するトラクタートレーラ・ユニ ット(1)の場合には、トレーラ(3)におけるABS制御介入の開始が、カーブ 路走行中の車両の転倒安定性の減少を検出するために使われることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至3の何れかによる運転動作の制御方法。 5. 上記ステップC)における車両の転倒安定性を増大させる制御介入は、AB Sを消勢させた状態で制動を行うことであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の 何れかによる運転動作の制御方法。 6. 車輪がロックアップする傾向を示すとき、過大な車輪スリップを防ぐため に、制動圧力を変更することができる、自動車、特にABSシステムを備えた商業 用車両(1)における運転動作を制御するための装置であって、ABS制御介入を 用いることによって、カーブ路走行中の車両(1)の転倒安定性の減少を検出す るように設計された、ABSシステム用の特に追加のソフトウェアからなる装置( 4)を備えることを特徴とする自動車における運転動作の制御装置。
