Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.相関分光計に使用するプログラム可能標準装置であって、 分散部品と、 分散部品からの光を受け取るように整列させた空間フィルタと、 空間フィルタからの光を受け取るように光学的に整列され、空間フィルタを通 過した光を再結合する手段と を含むプログラム可能標準装置。 2.空間フィルタが、透過型空間光変調器を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のプロ グラム可能標準装置。 3.透過型空間光変調器が透過型液晶変調器を含む請求の範囲第2項に記載のプ ログラム可能標準装置。 4.空間フィルタが反射型空間光変調器を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のプログ ラム可能標準装置。 5.反射型空間光変調器が反射型液晶変調器を含む請求の範囲第4項に記載のプ ログラム可能標準装置。 6.再結合する手段が分散部品である請求の範囲第4項に記載のプログラム可能 標準装置。 7.分散部品に光を導く第一の手段と、分散部品を出射した光を光検出手段に導 く第二の手段とをさらに含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のプログラム可能標準装置 。 8.空間フィルタが空間光変調器である請求の範囲第7項に記載のプログラム可 能標準装置。 9.空間光変調器が液晶変調器である請求の範囲第8項に記載のプログラム可能 標準装置。 10.光を集束する第一の手段が凹面鏡であり、光を集束する第二の手段が凹面 鏡である請求の範囲第7項に記載のプログラム可能標準装置。 11.相関分光計に使用するプログラム可能標準装置であって、第一の光ビーム 拡大手段と、可変カラーフィルタリング手段からの光を受け取るように光学的に 整列された空間変調光のための、第一の光拡大手段からの光を受け取るように光 学的に整列させた可変カラーフィルタリング手段と、変調手段からの光を受け取 るように光学的に整列せた第二の光拡大手段とを含むプログラム可能標準装置。 12.空間光変調手段が透過型空間光変調器を含む請求の範囲第11項に記載の プログラム可能標準装置。 13.透過型空間光変調器が透過型液晶変調器を含む請求の範囲第12項に記載 のプログラム可能標準装置。 14. a)光源と、 b)光源からの光を受け取るように光学的に整列させた試料容器と、 c)試料容器を通過した光を受け取るように光学的に整列させたビームスプリ ッタと、 d)ビームスプリッタ手段からの第二の光ビームを受け取るようにビームスプ リッタと光学的に整列させたプログラム可能標準装置と、 e)プログラム可能標準装置からの光を受け取るように光学的に整列させた検 出器と、 f)検出器からの電気信号を処理し、光吸収性化合物の濃度を決定するアナラ イザと を含む分光光度計。 15.生物学的試料を通過した光スペクトルと、プログラム可能標準装置を通過 した光スペクトルとを比較する段階と、これらのスペクトルを相関させて光吸収 性化合物の濃度を決定する 段階とを含む、生物学的試料中の光吸収性化合物の濃度を決定する非侵入的方法 。 16. a)光ビームで試料を照射する段階と、 b)試料から出射した光を、第一および第二の光ビームに分割する段階と c)第一の光ビームを中性フィルタ手段に、第二の光ビームをプログラム可能 標準装置に導く段階と、 d)中性フィルタ手段からの光およびプログラム可能標準装置からの光を検出 する段階と、 e)検出した光を化合物の濃度に相関させる段階と を含む請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 17.第二の光ビームが、第一の分散部品、空間フィルタ、空間フィルタを通過 した光を再結合する手段および光検出手段にこの順番で導かれる請求の範囲第1 6項に記載の方法。 18.第一および第二の集束手段が開口を、空間フィルタが透過型空間光変調器 を含む請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法。 19.透過型空間光変調器が透過型液晶変調器を含む請求の範囲第18項に記載 の方法。 20.第二の光ビームが、第一の光集束手段、分散部品、分散部品に光を反射す る空間フィルタ、第二の光集束手段、および第二の光検出手段にこの順番で導か れる請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 21.空間フィルタが反射型空間光変調器を含む請求の範囲第20項に記載の方 法。 22.反射型空間光変調器が反射型液晶変調器を含む請求の範囲第21項に記載 の方法。 23.第二の光ビームが、第一の光拡大手段、可変カラーフィルタリング手段、 透過型光変調手段、第二の光拡大手段および第二の光検出手段にこの順番で導か れる請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 24.光吸収性化合物がグルコースである請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。
