Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プロピレン並びにメチルアセチレンおよび/またはプロパジエンを含んで いるC3炭化水素、並びに、存在する場合には、C4および/またはより高級な炭 化水素の投入流からの、プロピレンの分離のための方法であり、前記投入流を分 留に付し、前記メチルアセチレンおよび/またはプロパジエン並びに前記C4お よび/またはより高級な炭化水素(存在する場合)を含んでいるボトム流から出 て行くオーバーヘッド流として、プロピレンを分離することを含んでいる方法で あって、プロパン含有流を前記投入流に添加し、それにより、プロパンを前記ボ トム流の一部として分離し、そのボトム流のプロピレン含有率を10重量%未満に 維持することができるように、前記投入流に添加するプロパンの量を、前記ボト ム流におけるプロパン、プロピレン、並びにC4および/またはより高級な炭化 水素(存在する場合)の重量が、前記ボトム流におけるメチルアセチレンおよび プロパジエンの全重量よりも大きいようにすることを特徴とする方法。 2.上記ボトム流のMAPD含有率がX重量%未満に保たれ、そのボトム流の プロピレン含有率がY%未満に保たれている場合に、上記分留への供給物中のあ らゆるC4および/またはより高級な炭化水素を加えたプロパンの量を、その分 留供給物中のあらゆるC4および/またはより高級な炭化水素を加えたプロパン のMAPDに対する重量比が(100−X−Y)/Xよりも大きいようにする、請 求項1に記載の方法。 3.上記MAPDが上記ボトム流から溶媒抽出により回収される、請求項1ま たは2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 4.上記投入流が、炭化水素原料の水蒸気分解の生成物から分離 されたC3炭化水素流成分である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
