Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 40から70重量%のフィルム形成バインダーおよびバインダーに対する 30から60重量%の揮発性液体キャリヤーを含有し、該バインダーは、 a. アルキルメタクリレート 、アルキルアクリレート(各々アルキル基は 1から12の炭素原子を有する)、イソボルニルメタクリレート、イソボルニ ルアクリレート、ヒドロキシアルキルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシアルキルア クリレート(各々アルキル基は1から4の炭素原子を有する)、スチレンおよ びそれらの任意の混合物からなる群から選ばれる重合モノマーを含有する約3 0から70重量%(バインダーの重量基準)のアクリルポリマー; b. アルキルメタクリレート、アルキルアクリレート(各々アルキル基は1 から12の炭素原子を有する)、イソボルニルメタクリレート、イソボルニル アクリレート、ヒドロキシアルキルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシアルキルアク リレート(各々アルキル基は1から4の炭素原子を有する)、スチレンならびに それらの任意の混合物からなる群か ら選ばれる重合モノマーおよびエチレン 性不飽和ヒドロキシ官能性アクリロシランモノマーを含有する約5から30重 量%(バインダーの重量基準)のアクリロシランポリマー;および c. 約25から50重量%(バインダーの重量基準)の有機ポリイソシアネ ート を含有することを特徴とするコーティング組成物。 2. アクリロシランポリマーが、アルキルメタクリレート、アルキルアクリレ ート(各々アルキル基は1から12の炭素原子を有する)、イソボルニルメタクリ レート、スチレン、アルキル基が1から4の炭素原子を有するヒドロキシアルキ ルメタクリレートからなる重合モノマーおよび下記構造式を有するシランを含む モノマー: (式中、RはCH3、CH3CH2、CH3OまたはCH3CH2Oからなる群から選 ばれる; R1およびR2は、CH3またはCH3CH2からなる群からそれぞれ選ばれる; および R3は、H、CH3またはCH3CH2からなる群から選ばれ、nは0または1か ら10の正の整数である。) を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。 3. シランが、γ−トリメトキシシリルプロピルメタクリレートおよびγ−ト リメトキシシリルプロピルアクリレートからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とす る請求項2に記載のコーティング組成物。 4. 脂肪族ジカルボン酸、少なくとも3つの反応性ヒドロキシル基を有するポ リオール、ジオール、環状無水物、および環状アルコールのエステル化生成物か ら本質的になる約1から20重量%(バインダーの重量基準)のポリエステル樹 脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。 5. ポリエステル樹脂が、アジピン酸、トリメチロールプロパン、ヘキサンジ オール、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸無水物、およびシクロヘキサンジメタノールのエ ステル化生成物であることを特徴する請求項4に記載のコーティング組成物。 6. 有機ポリイソシアネートが、脂肪族または脂環式ポリイソシアネートであ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。 7. 有機ポリイソシアネートが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのトリマー およびイソホロンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレートからなる混合物であるこ とを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコーティング組成物。 8. 約1から10重量%の紫外線吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1 に記載のコーティング組成物。 9. バインダーが、 a. アルキルメタクリレート、アルキルアクリレート(各々アルキル基は1 から4の炭素原子を有する)、イソボルニルメタクリレート、アルキル基が1 から4の炭素原子を有するヒドロキシアルキルメタクリレートおよびスチレン からなる重合モノマーを含有し、および約1,000から3,000の数平均 分子量を有する約25から50重量%(バインダーの重量基準)のアクリルポ リマー; b. アルキルメタクリレート、アルキルアクリレート(各々アルキル基は1 から8の炭素原子を有する)、イソボルニルメタクリレート、スチレン、アル キル基が1から4の炭素原子を有するヒドロキシアルキルメタクリレートから なる重合モノマーおよびγ−トリメトキシシリルプロピルメタクリレートまた はγ−トリメトキシシリルプロピルアクリレートのシランを含むモノマーを含 有し、および約1,000から10,000の数平均分子量を有する約5から 20重量%(バインダーの重量基準)のアクリロシランポリマー; c. 脂肪族ジカルボン酸、少なくとも3つの反応性ヒドロキシル基を有する ポリオール、ジオール、環状無水物、および環状アルコールのエステル化生成 物を含有し、および約500から4,000の数平均分子量を有する約0から 20重量%(バインダーの重量基準)のポリエステル樹脂;および d. ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのトリマーおよびイソホロンジイソシ アネートのイソシアヌレートからなる混合物を含有する約25から50重量% (バインダーの重量基準)の有機ポリイソシアネート を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。 10. 着色ベースコートで塗布されおよび請求項1のコーティング組成物の被 膜でトップコートされたことを特徴とする基材。
