Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.空気ばね付きの客車車体(18)と、この客車車体(18)を支持するボ ギー(20)、特に、ボルスタのない空気ばね付きのボギーと、夫々前記客車車 体(18)と前記ボギー(20)との間に設けられた案内・緩衝装置(10,1 2)と、を有し、前記客車車体(18)は空気ばね(14)上に設けられかつ揺 動し、前記案内・緩衝装置(10,12)は走行速度v>100km/hにおい て前記ボギー(20)を安定化しかつ前記ボギー(20)の揺動を抑制するため に用いられてなる軌道車両において、 摩擦プレート(12)は案内・緩衝装置(10)として設けられ、この摩擦プ レート(12)には、前記空気ばね(14)の内部空気圧によって、前記客車車 体(18)の下側(16)に負荷を与え、また、この摩擦プレート(12)は非 常ばね(26)のコアか、前記空気ばね(14)の基点に連結され、長手方向に 前記ボギー(20)に接続され、前記ボギー(20)の揺動を抑制すること、を 特徴とする軌道車両。 2.前記客車車体(18)が揺動するとき、前記客車車体(18)の下側(1 6)は、この下側(16)を押さえる前記空気ばね(14)に相対的動き、この 動作中になされた摩擦仕事の結果として、前記ボギー(20)の揺動を抑制する こと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の軌道車両。 3.前記摩擦プレート(12)は長手方向キャリアとして設計された接続スト ラップ(30)を介して特定な方法で横方向に前記非常ばね(26)に接続され ていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の軌道車両。 4.通気口(37)は前記客車車体(18)の下側(16)と前記摩擦プレー ト(12)との間に設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれ か1に記載の軌道車両。 5.前記通気口(37)は前記空気ばねの内部圧力と大気圧との間の全差圧に 従ってまた前記摩擦プレート(12)と前記客車車体(18)との間の全接触圧 力を常に確保すること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の軌道車両。 6.前記摩擦プレート(12)は密閉装置(38)を備えており、この密閉装 置(38)は前記客車車体(18)の前記下側(16)を押さえ、前記密閉装置 (38)によって囲繞されたギャップスペース(36)を閉じていること、を特 徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の軌道車両。 7.前記空気ばね(14)、及び/又は前記摩擦プレート(12)を囲繞する 前記密閉装置(38)がないときは、前記客車車体(18)は前記摩擦プレート (12)を間に設けた前記非常ばね(26)に設けられていること、を特徴とす る請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の軌道車両。 8.前記空気ばね(14)及び/又は前記非常ばね(26)が(荷重から)解 放されるとき、前記客車車体(18)の前記下側(16)に突っ張るようにして 前記摩擦プレート(12)に荷重を掛ける対抗ばね(40)が設けられているこ と、を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の軌道車両。
