Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.開口の閉封部材を積極的に保持するデテントを有する開口を通して投 入が行われる容器を製造する方法において:容器の材料が、加熱されるとき変形 を受け、第一段階において、粗成の容器を、外方へ露出しかつ面している開口の 内側を形成するようになる面で形成し、デテントを前記面上またはその中に同時 に形成し、第二段階において、開口を形成する材料を上昇した温度において変形 し、そして前記面を、外方に対面している面から開口にデテントを形成している 通路へと変形することを特徴とする容器を製造する方法。 2.第一段階における粗成容器の形成が、後で前記開口から引き出される 内型コアによる成型によることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器を製造する方 法。 3.粗成容器の形成が射出成形によることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の 容器を製造する方法。 4.第二段階における粗成から完成された容器への変形が、開口を通して のブロー成形によることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の容器を製造 する方法。 5.粗成容器のデテントが、完成した容器にスクリューねじを形成するよ うに、螺旋または部分的螺旋であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか 1項に記載の容器を製造する方法。 6.デテントが、バヨネットはめ合いの部分を形成する、少なくとも一つ のL字形へこみであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の 容器を製造する方法。 7.デテントが、バヨネットはめ合いの部分を形成する、少なくとも一つ のスタッドであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の容器 を製造する方法。 8.デテントが、転がりボールを保持する環状リングの形成部であること を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の容器を製造する方法。 9.開口を形成する材料が、端部が閉じた管の口にあるほぼ半径方向のフ ランジであり、前記面がそのフランジの上面であることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至8のいずれか1項に記載の容器を製造する方法。 10.粗成容器が、管の開口端を囲むように下方へ突出しているほぼ円筒 形のフランジを前記半径方向のフランジに有することを特徴とする請求項9に記 載の容器を製造する方法。 11.前記半径方向のフランジが、その下面が外側を向き前記円筒形フラ ンジの内側と一体になるように、ほぼ円筒形へ下方に変形されることを特徴とす る請求項10に記載の容器を製造する方法。 12.完成した容器において、前記下面が前記円筒形フランジと結合する ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の容器を製造する方法。 13.データ帯を、読みやすいように、粗成容器の前記円筒形フランジの 内側に形成し、前記データ帯を、変形された半径方向のフランジにより閉じ込め ることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の容器を製造する方法。 14.前記半径方向と円筒形のフランジを越えて突出しているリムを設け 、その下側で、ブロー成形中に粗成容器を位置付ける手段を形成し、その内側が 、ブロー成形ピンの受け座を形成することを特徴とする請求項4の付帯項として 請求項10乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の容器を製造する方法。 15.請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されたこ とを特徴とする容器。
