Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 分子構成ブロックが本質的に A. モノ置換p−フェニレン基以外の少なくとも1種の環状構造成分を含 んだ少なくとも1種の二官能キラルの分子構成ブロック、 B. 少なくとも4員を含む少なくとも1種の環状構造成分を含んだ少なく とも1種の二官能アキラルもしくはラセミックの分子構成ブロック、および C. キラルまたはアキラル、環式または非環式のいずれであってもよく、 実際に使用される分子構成ブロックAおよびBとは異なる少なくとも1種の二官 能の分子構成ブロック からなり、 このとき前記分子構成ブロックは、(C=O)=およびO−C=Oを含有するエ ステル基、O−(C=O)−Oを含有する炭酸エステル、アミド基CONH、N− 置換アミドCONR、6員を含む環状イミド、アゾメチンCH=N、ならびにC R=Nによって結合されており、このとき基Rは同一でも異なっていてもよく、 C1〜C22−アルキル、−アリール、または−アラルキルであり、非環式基の場 合、あるいは非環式基との組合せが存在している場合、非環式部分は、直鎖状で あっても枝分かれ鎖状であってもよく、このとき直鎖状基、枝分かれ鎖状基、お よび/または環式基はCとH以外の少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含有すること ができ、および/または置換されていてもよく(ヘテロ原子置換を含む)、この とき置換基がさらに、1つ以上のハロゲンを有していてもよく、但しこのとき分 子構成ブロックAは樟脳酸のみから誘導されたものではないとする、 コレステリック相を形成するポリマーまたはオリゴマー。 2. 分子構成ブロックA、B、およびCの全モル数を基準として、0.01〜50 モル%の分子構成ブロックAを含む、請求項1記載のポリマー。 3. 0.01〜2.0dl/gの溶液粘度(シュタウディンガー指数)を有する、請求 項1または2に記載のポリマー。 4. 0.1dl/gより大きく、1.0dl/gより小さい溶液粘度を有する、請求項3記 載のポリマー。 5. 請求項1〜4の一項以上に記載の1種以上のポリマーおよび/またはオ リゴマーを含むブレンドまたは組成物。 6. 請求項1〜4の一項以上に記載の1種以上のポリマーおよび/またはオ リゴマーを含む成形構造物。 7. 射出成形品、押出形材と押出パイプ、フィルム、テープ、インフレート フィルム、およびファイバーからなる群から選ばれる、請求項6記載の成形構造 物。 8. 請求項1〜4の一項以上に記載の1種以上のポリマーおよび/またはオ リゴマーを含む顔料。 9. 少なくとも4員を含む少なくとも1種の環状構造成分を含んだ少なくと も1種の二官能アキラルもしくはラセミックの分子構成ブロックB、およびキラ ルまたはアキラル、環式または非環式のいずれであってもよい少なくとも1種の 二官能の分子構成ブロックC、このとき分子構成ブロックBとCは、それら自体 が一緒になってLCPを形成することができ、これらの分子構成ブロックBとC を、モノ置換p−フェニレン基以外の少なくとも1種の環状構造成分を含んだ少 なくとも1種の二官能キラルの分子構成ブロックAと反応させる、コレステリッ ク相を形成するポリマーおよびオリゴマーの製造法。 10. ネマチックの主鎖LCPに対する標準的な配合処方において、0.1〜50 モル%が分子構成ブロックAに対応する1種以上のモノマーで置き換えられる、 請求項9記載の製造法。 11. ポリマーまたはオリゴマーを得るために、分子構成ブロックA、B、お よびCに対応するモノマーを重縮合させる、請求項9または10に記載の製造法。 12. 請求項1〜4に記載のコレステリック相を形成するポリマーの、表面塗 料における顔料としての、特に自動車用のペイントとしての使用。 13. 請求項1〜4に記載のコレステリック相を形成するポリマーの、有色L CPとしての使用。 14. 請求項1〜4に記載のコレステリック相を形成するポリマーの、改良さ れた加工性を有する物質としての、特に、射出成形品、押出形材や押出パイプ、 フィルム、テープ、インフレートフィルム、またはファイバーの製造のための使 用。 15. 請求項1〜4に記載のコレステリック相を形成するポリマーの、表面を 被覆するための使用。
