【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は，座っている人体を保持
移動する介助器具に関するものである．
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来技術として，ベッドや椅子に座った
状態の人体を他の椅子やベッドへ移動させるための介助
器具として，布製のシートに人体を包むように座らせ当
該布製のシートをリフトで吊り上げる器具が市販されて
いる．

【発明が解決しようとする課題】椅子やベッドに座って
いる身体の不自由な人体をベッドから車椅子または便座
へ移動させたり，車椅子から入浴専用椅子や乗用車のシ
ートに移動させる動作は介助者に負担の掛かる作業であ
る．この作業は主に人力で行われているが，介助者の負
担を軽減するためにリフトで被介助者を吊り上げる方法
がとられていることもある．従来のリフトを用いる方法
は，布製のシートを人体に装着するのに手間がかかるこ
とや，リフトの動作を電力に頼るため器具が高価で大き
くて重たいと云う欠点がある．また，移動の際パンツや
おむつの着け外しが必要になる場合が日常発生するが，
リフトを使用する方法ではその作業は困難である．本発
明は以上の欠点を解決するものである．

【問題を解決するための手段】本発明では，簡単な構造
の器具で人体の保持を行い，その際，人力以外の動力を
必要とぜず，また，移動の途中でパンツやおむつの着け
外しが容易にできる介助器具を具現化することによって
問題を解決する．

【作用】本発明は，ちょうど人間が負んぶするように，
ベッドや椅子に座った状態の人体８を胸当て１に上半身
を乗せ，同時に膝当て２で人体８の膝を固定して下半身
を安定させた状態で，当該胸当て１と膝当て２を人体８
の前方向に傾けることで，当該人体８をベッドや椅子か
ら浮かせて胸当て１の上に体重を移すものである．この
状態で胸当て１が乗っている台に車輪が付いていると任
意の場所に移動介助し，他のベッドや椅子に移動させる
ことができる．

【実施例】本発明を実施例で説明する．図１は実施例の
正面図である．図２は実施例の側面図ある．使用方法を
図３と図４によって説明する．図３は図２の実施例に人
体８を添わせた状態を描いた説明図である．このよう
に，人体８の胸部を胸当て１にもたれかけ，人体８の腕
を胸当て１に寄り掛け，人体８の膝を膝当て２にあてが
う．次に，ペダル５を踏んでフレーム３を軸４を中心に
回転させて図４の様に人体８の前方に傾ける．すると，
人体８は胸当て１の上に乗ることになる．その結果，図
４に示すように椅子７から人体８が浮き上がることにな
る．このようにして，胸当て１は台車６の上に乗ってい
るので人体８を任意の場所まで移動させることができ
る．なお，胸当て１の寸法を人体８の腰骨に至るまで長
くすると膝当て２は必須構成要素ではなくなる．また，
本発明の特徴は図３から図４の状態に移る過程で人体８
を前後方向に回転させていることにある．人体８を前後
方向に回転させることで人体８の重心の上下方向の移動
を最小限にして人体８の臀部を椅子７から浮かせること
ができる．このように，人体８の上下方向の重心移動が
少なければ作業に必要な人力が少なくて済むことにな
る．なお，本実施例では説明を簡単にするため軸４の位
置は移動しない構造になっているが，人体８の重心の上
下移動を少なくするために軸４が人体８の回転に伴って
リンク機構等で軸４が移動する構造が有効であると考え
られる．

【発明の効果】本発明は，簡単な器具と一人の介助者の
人力だけで，座っている人体８を他の場所へ容易に移動
が可能になる効果の他に，胸当て１に人体８を乗せた状
態では当該人体８の臀部は器具のどこにも接触していな
い状態になるため，その状態で，パンツを下げたりおむ
つを交換したりする作業が一人の介助者だけで容易に行
える効果もある．
