(57)【要約】 【課題】保冷効果に優れ、耐久性・衛生面からも反復し
て使うことが出来、不使用時に保管スペースを節約可能
な開閉式保冷箱を提供する。 【解決手段】底面（１）と４枚の周側壁（２）、
（３）、（４）、（５）を有する箱体で、対向する１組
の周側壁（４）、（５）に高さの等しいヒンジ（１
２）、（１１）を有し、他の２枚の周側壁（２）、
（３）は高さの違うヒンジ（１０）、（１３）を有し、
各辺のヒンジにより起倒自在に連結する。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、合成樹脂を使用
した一体成形可能な開閉式保冷箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、農水産物加工品等の食品の通い箱
においては、ダンボール製箱又は、発泡スチロール製箱
が搬送手段に使われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これには次のような欠
点があった。イ．ダンボール箱は保冷効果がなく、耐久
性・衛生面からも反復して使うのには無理があった。
ロ．発泡スチロール箱は、保冷効果は優れているが一体
ものなので折り畳みが出来ないため、不使用時に保管ス
ペースをとってしまう。本発明は、以上の欠点を解決す
るためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】底面（１）と４枚の周側
壁（２）、（３）、（４）、（５）を有する箱体で、対
向する１組の周側壁（４）、（５）に高さの等しいヒン
ジ（１２）、（１１）を有する。他の２枚の周側壁
（２）、（３）は高さの違うヒンジ（１０）、（１３）
を有し、各辺のヒンジにより起倒自在に連結し、一体成
形することを特徴とする合成樹脂製開閉式保冷箱であ
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明
する。 （イ）底面（１）と４枚の周側壁（２）、（３）、
（４）、（５）を有する箱体で、対向する１組の周側壁
（４）、（５）に高さの等しいヒンジを有する。 （ロ）他の２枚の周側壁（２）、（３）は高さの違うヒ
ンジを有し、各辺のヒンジにより起倒自在に連結してい
る。 （ハ）周側壁（４）、（５）にフックを有し、組立時に
周側壁（２）、（３）と連結する。 （ニ）蓋部（８）と、底面（１）と４枚の周側壁
（２）、（３）、（４）、（５）を有する箱体の内側に
は、断熱材を伴う二層構造とする。 本発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。開放時（図１）
は、４枚の周側壁（２）、（３）、（４）、（５）は、
各周側壁が有するヒンジ部（１０）、（１１）、（１
２）、（１３）を介して各周側壁が外側に９０度倒れて
おり、ものが取り出し易く又、洗浄がし易くなる。４枚
の周側壁（２）、（３）、（４）、（５）の各ヒンジ部
（１０）、（１１）、（１２）、（１３）を垂直方向に
起こすことにより組立てられる（図２）。密封性が高
く、冷気保存或いは冷蔵保存ができる。保管（未使用）
時は、周側壁（２）のヒンジ部を内側に９０度折り込
み、次に周側壁（３）を、次に周側壁（４）、（５）の
各ヒンジ部を内側に９０度折り込むと（図３）、全ての
周側壁は水平に収納でき、コンパクトになり且つ、衛生
的でもある。

【発明の効果】本発明を使用することによってのコンパ
クトに折り畳め、返送の時保管スペースが節約出来、取
扱が容易で、更に断熱性に優れているため、蓄冷材を併
用することにより冷気保存或いは冷蔵保存が可能であ
る。

  1. 【請求項１】底面（１）と４枚の周側壁（２）、
    （３）、（４）、（５）を有する箱体で、対向する１組
    の周側壁（４）、（５）に高さの等しいヒンジ（１
    ２）、（１１）を有し、他の２枚の周側壁（２）、
    （３）は高さの違うヒンジ（１０）、（１３）を有し、
    各辺のヒンジにより起倒自在に連結し、箱体形状のまま
    一体成形することを特徴とする合成樹脂製開閉式保冷
    箱。
  2. 【請求項２】前記４枚の周側壁（２）、（３）、
    （４）、（５）の有するヒンジの高さ関係は、周側壁
    （２）が有するヒンジ（１０）が一番低く、順次高くな
    り周側壁（３）が有するヒンジ（１３）がヒンジ（１
    ０）より高く、次に高さの等しいヒンジ（１２）、（１
    １）が一番高い所に有することを特徴とする請求項１に
    記載の合成樹脂製開閉式保冷箱。
  3. 【請求項３】前記周側壁（４）、（５）はフック
    （６）、（７）を有し、及び、取っ手（８）、（９）を
    有し、箱体内側に断熱材を伴う二層構造としたことを特
    徴とする請求項１または請求項２に記載の開閉式保冷
    箱。
