Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمشتقات 17-hydroxy-17-pentafluoroethyl-estra-4,9(10)-dien-11-aryl من الصيغة I مع تأثير يعارض progesterone وطريقة لإنتاجها، استخدامها في معالجة و/أو الوقاية من الأمراض واستخدامها في إنتاج منتجات طبية من أجل معالجة و/أو الوقاية من الأمراض، تحديدا أورام ليفية حميدة للرحم (أورام عضلية، ورم عضلي أملس بجدار الرحم)، انتشار بطانة الرحم خارج الرحم، نزف دموي كثيف في حالة الطمث، أورام سحائية، سرطان ثدي معتمد على هرمون وأمراض مصاحبة لسن اليأس أو للتحكم في الخصوبة ومنع الحمل الطارئ.
