Abstract

La presente invenzione comprende una polvere di miele, costituita da una miscela di 5 a 45 percento preferibilmente 15 a 30 percento in peso di miele e 55 a 95 percento in peso, preferibilmente 70 a 85 percento in peso di un veicolo solubile in acqua non igroscopico, dolce, esente da grasso e proteina nonché un procedimento per la preparazione di questa polvere di miele.
