Abstract

Viene proposto un dispositivo di riscaldamento per falsa ritorcitura di fibra sintetica in modo che sia un dispositivo di riscaldamento ad alta temperatura del tipo senza contatto per migliorare l'efficienza e il risparmio di energia. Tuttavia, in questo caso, è necessario lavorare una barra di metallo lunga per formare un passaggio lungo attraverso il quale passa un filamento e per accogliere un elemento di riscaldamento entro la barra di metallo. Questo processo è molto difficile da realizzare. Per risolvere questo problema è stata proposta quest'invenzione. Un corpo principale è realizzato di metallo in modo che il corpo principale sia costruito nella forma di un tubo o esso è tubolare e piegato rispetto alla direzione longitudinale del corpo principale. Pareti di estremità sono formate sulle due estremità del corpo principale. Nel corpo principale, i passaggi, attraverso i quali passano i filamenti, sono previsti lungo la lunghezza del corpo principale e sono previste delle guide. Inoltre una polvere o un grano conduttiva/o è contenuta/o nel corpo principale e inoltre nel suo interno è previsto un elemento di riscaldamento.
