Abstract

Dispositivo di cottura multiplo per prodotti di pasticceria come cialde e frittelle, avente piastre di cottura multiple montate verticalmente fra sezioni verticali di riscaldamento di una base ed incernierate girevolmente alla base per la rotazione in un piano verticale fra una posizione di cottura ed una posizione di esclusione. Ciascuna piastra di cottura presenta elementi separabili a guscio per ricevere il cibo ed una bocca flangiata posizionata in cima a ciascuna piastra di cottura quando è in posizione di cottura. La posizione della bocca a flangia consente la fuoriuscita verticale del vapore durante il processo di cottura e mantiene distanziato l'utilizzatore dal vapore (fig. 1).
