Abstract

Una trafilatrice in linea, per fili metallici, include un tamburo motorizzato, rotante attorno ad un asse orizzontale ed operante in modo tale da svolgere un filo metallico da una bobina e da sollecitare il filo attraverso una filiera, allo scopo di ridurre il diametro del filo. Per risparmiare uno spazio in pianta, la bobina è supportata da una piattaforma aerea disposta al di sopra del tamburo e rotante attorno ad un asse verticale, allo scopo di consentire lo svolgimento della bobina. Lo svolgimento del filo metallico dalla bobina è diretto verso la parte posteriore, dalla stessa, verso una coppia di rulli di guida, tale filo procedendo quindi, verso il basso, lungo la parte posteriore della macchina e spostandosi quindi, in avanti, verso la filiera. Un rivelatore di aggrovigliamento è collocato a monte della filiera e lo stesso opera in modo tale da diseccitare automaticamente la macchina se il filo, nella bobina, si aggroviglia o se lo stesso presenta delle bave, con conseguente mancata possibilità di alimentazione del filo, dalla bobina, in un modo libero.
