Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un impianto per preparare spezzoni di barre metalliche di lunghezze diverse in un modo richiedente poco spazio e facilitante una cernita automatica delle barre.Tale impianto comprende un banco di taglio (4) a forma di portale allungato, e uno o più carrelli ricevitori (5) atti a passare al di sotto del banco di taglio. Ciascun carrello 5 porta una rastrelliera amovibile (15) dotata di una pluralità di comparti giustapposti per le barre tagliate (17). Le barre (1) prelevate da magazzino sono condotte longitudinalmente sul banco di taglio (4), misurate e tagliate all'ingresso del banco mentre esse poggiano su rulli (26). Una tavola basculante (28) si estende tra questi rulli; quando essa è azionata, esso si solleva e versa gli spezzoni di barre lateralmente per far si' che esse abbiano a cadere nel comparto desiderato della rastrelliera (15).Applicazione alla preparazione di qualsiasi tipo di barre, in particolare per cemento armato.(Figura 2)
