Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un cuscinetto ad alta velocità con lubrificazione interna per il rotore di un filatoio in fino, costituito da un guscio, un albero, due serie di corpi di rotolamento guidati tramite gabbie massicce, ed è provvisto, alle estremità, di dischi di tenuta e copertura. Il guscio consiste di almeno due parti collegate tramite saldatura, che terminano con flange sui loro lati opposti in contatto. Il diametro interno di almeno una flangia è minore del diametro esterno della gabbia. Fra le flange e la pista esterna è formata, nelle parti del guscio, almeno un'apertura di montaggio. Fra le due serie di corpi di rotolamento è previsto un tubo, con un incavo di fronte all'apertura di montaggio. Fra il tubo e la superficie interna delle parti di guscio vengono formate intercapedini per il lubrificante.
