Description
- Wälzlager
- Zweck der Erfindung sind Wälzlager herzustellen, die bei höchsten Drehzahlen der äußeren rotierenden Lagerschale durch die auftretenden Fliehkräfte keine Schmiermittelverluste haben.
- Die bekannten seitlichen Abdeckungen von Wälzlagern sind im Außenring entweder durch Eindrücken der Blechscheiben 1 oder diese Scheiben 1 werden durch Springringe 2 (Abb. 1) befestigt. Beide Formen sind auf die Dauer bei hohen Fliehkräften nicht dicht.
- In vorliegender Erfindung wird die absolute Schleuderdichtheit durch folgende Maßnahmen erreicht: Nach Abb. 2 werden die seitlichen Abdeckscheiben 3 durch Schweißen 4 oder bei geringerer Beanspruchung durch einen z.B.
- heißhärtenden Metallkleber befestigt.
- In Abb. 3 sind die seitlichen Abdeckscheiben 5 mit je einer längsgeteilten Lagerschale 7-7' aus einem Stück gefertigt und die Lagerschalenteile 7 und 7' durch Schweißen 4 verbunden.
- In Abb. 4 ist ein Schräglager dargestellt, bei dem eine Abdeckscheibe 5 aus einem Stück mit dem Außenring 8 besteht, während die andere Scheibe 9 eingeschweißt 4 ist.
- Abb. 5 stellt den gleichen Lagertyp mit Zentrierstufe lo dar, bei dem ein Teil des Außenringes 71 am Umfang mit dem Hauptteil 7 verschweißt 4 ist.
- Diese M 5de ist auch.snnemf a-f andere Lagertypen z.B. Doppelrillenlager anzuwenden.
- In Abb. 6 ist die schleuderdichte Ummantelung 11 eines Achsiallagers dargestellt, die mit einer Lagerscheibe 12 bei 4 verschweißt ist und die andere 13 berührungslos mit dem Teil 14 umfaßt
Claims (7)
- Patentansprüche (--.X , Wälzlager dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Abdeckscheiben (3) durch Schweißnähte (4) mit dem äußeren Lagerring (6) dicht verbunden sind (Abb. 2).
- 2 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheiben (3) mit dem äußeren Lagerring (6) durch Verkleben dicht verbunden sind (Abb. 2).
- 3 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abdeckscheibe (5) mit dem äußeren Lagerring (8) aus einem Stück besteht und die andere Abdeckscheibe (9) eingeschweißt (4) bzw. geklebt ist (Abb. 4),
- 4 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Abdeckscheiben (5) mit den äußeren Lagerringen (7-7') aus einem Stück bestehen und der äußere Lagerring (7-7') längsgeteilt und bei (4) verschweißt ist (Abb. 3).
- 5 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenlagerring (7-7') außerhalb der Wälzkörpermitte geteilt ist und eine Zentrierstufe (lo) besitzt (Abb. 3 und Abb. 5).
- 6 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schräglager mit eingeschweißten (3) oder aus einem Stück gefertigten Abdeckscheiben (5) aus zwei längsgeteilten und verschweißten Ringteilen (7-7') besteht (Abb. 4 und Abb. 5).
- 7 Wälzlager nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine, an dem einen Lagerteil (12) eines Achsiallagers angeschweißte Ummantelung (11) den anderen Lagerteil (13) mit Teil (14) so umschließt, daß bei Rotation des Lagers kein radial beschleunigtes Schmiermittel austritt.
