Abstract

Impianto di stampaggio per la fabbricazione di pannelli truciolari, pannelli fibrosi e simili pannelli di materiale stampabile, che vengono ricavati per stampaggio da un pannello di materiale stampabile applicando pressione e calore con l'alimentazione di vapore acqueo, con almeno una piastra della pressa di acciaio, che presenta in una zona della sezione trasversale del lato del pannello stampabile fori paralleli di alimentazione del vapore, con fori degli ugelli del vapore rivolti verso il pannello da stampare. I fori di alimentazione del vapore sono collegati al dispositivo di distribuzione del vapore. Il dispositivo di distribuzione del vapore presenta due canali di distribuzione che si estendono ad entrambi i lati dei fori di alimentazione del vapore e trasversalmente ad essi. Il vapore acqueo proveniente dai canali di distribuzione del vapore viene convogliato nei singoli fori di alimentazione del vapore in senso di flusso opposto. La superficie della sezione dei singoli fori di alimentazione del vapore corrisponde ad almeno il 60%, e preferibilmente ad almeno l'80%, della somma delle superfici della sezione di tutti i fori degli ugelli che si dipartono dai fori di alimentazione del vapore. Si indica anche un procedimento per il funzionamento dell'impianto di stampaggio.
