Abstract

Oggetto dell'invenzione è un apparecchio a cellula incollatrice per applicare colla in una unità di stampa a nastro, il quale apparecchio comprende una o più unità modulari autonome che presentano una larghezza finita nella direzione della larghezza del nastro al quale viene applicata la colla. Le unità modulari sono portate e montate su una struttura a rotaia che si estende sostanzialmente attraverso l'intera larghezza del nastro ed è previsto anche un albero di trasmissione che si estende anche sostanzialmente per la stessa distanza. Ciascuna delle cellule incollatrici preferibilmente presenta un cilindro di trasferimento che è azionato dall'albero di. trasmissione che è operativamente collegato ed azionato dalla macchina dì incollamento e/o rivestimento, nonché un sottocomplesso a rullo di dosaggio comprendente un rullo di dosaggio che calibra lo spessore dello strato di colla che viene in definitiva applicato al nastro. Il rullo dosatore presenta un motore idraulico interno per il suo azionamento. In un'altra forma di realizzazione, è anche fornito un sottocomplesso di rullo a vaschetta.
