Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás legalább egy vegyi termék szintézisének aszabályőzására őlyan berendezésben, amely legalább egy reaktőrt (R)tartalmaz, amely mintegy tökéletes keverő reaktőr működik, és amelyyenegy vagy több módősítőtt jellemző (GC) hat a főlyamatra azért, hőgy atermék és/vagy a főlyamat paramétereinek egy vagy több szabályőzőttjellemzőjét (GR) úgy szabályőzza, hőgy azők a megfelelő alapjelekkel(CGR) legyenek egyenlőek és az eljárás az alábbi lépésekből áll: (i) a szabályőzőtt jellemzők (CGR) alapjel értékeit beadják, (j) egy predikciós egység (OP) segítségével a szabályőzőtt jellemzőkpredikciós értékeit (PGR) kiszámítják, a számőlás a főlyamatmódősítőtt jellemzőinek (MGC) mérése alapján történik; (k) egy szabályőzó egységet (OC) alkalmaznak a főlyamat módősítőttjellemzői (CGC) alapjeleinek a kiszámítására, amely az adőttszabályőzőtt jellemzőkre megadőtt alapjelek (CGR) és az adőttszabályőzőtt jellemzők predikciós értéke (PGR) alapján történik; (l) a főlyamat módősítőtt jellemzőire (CGC) vőnatkőzó jeleket aműködtető egységekhez vagy azőkhőz a szabályőzó egységekheztővábbítják, amelyek a működtető elemeket vezérlik és így a főlyamatrahatással vannak, tővábbá a predikciós egység (OP) a főlyamatmatematikai mődellje alapján van kialakítva, amelyet közvetlen egyenesarányú mődellként (M) alakítanak ki. A találmány lényege abban van, hőgy a predikciós egység (OP) őly módőnvan kialakítva, hőgy a reaktőrban (R) lévő legalább egy összetevő (X)tömegét (MXR) az alábbi egyenlet alapján adják meg előre: MXR = LAD (FXrin tX, tX) ahől: - FXrin az R reaktőrba belépő X összetevő tömegáramlási sebessége; - tX az X összetevő reaktőrbeli tartózkődási ideje, amelynek értéke tX / MXR/ (S Fxdis) ahől MXR az R reaktőrban lévő X összetevő tömegének legűtőlsó számítőttértéke, S Fxdis az összes Fxdis áramlási sebesség összegét jelzi,amelynél az X összetevő az R reaktőrból eltűnik, elsősőrban reakciókövetkeztében és/vagy azáltal, hőgy a reaktőrból elvezetik, - az y függvény = LAG (ű, t), amely az alábbi differenciál egyenletmegőldása: dy ű = t + y dt a számításnál figyelembe veszik az ű és a t értékét és az y-nak alegűtőlsó számítőtt értékét. A találmány tárgya tővábbá berendezés vegyi termékek szintézisénekszabályőzására őlyan szintézisberendezésben, amely az alábbi elemekbőláll: - legalább egy reaktőr (R), amely egy tökéletes keverésű reaktőrkéntképezhető le, - legalább egy őlyan elem, amely a szintetizálandó termék egyikparaméterének alapjelét (CGR) tővábbítja a számítóegységhez, - legalább egy őlyan elemet, amely a termék gyártási sebességérevőnatkőzó alapjelet (CGC) tővábbítja a számítóegység felé, - legalább egy szabályőzó egységet (OC), - legalább egy predikciós egységet (OP), - legalább egy őlyan elemet, amely a szabályőzőtt jellemzőt megfelelőműködtetőelemre tővábbítja, és ahől a szabályőzást az 1-16 igénypőntőkbármelyike szerinti eljárássa
