Abstract

Un método de regulacion de un procedimiento de síntesis de al menos un producto químico en una instalacion que comprende al menos un reactor (R) que puede ser asimilado a un reactor perfectamente mezclado, en el que magnitudes de mando (GC) permiten actuar sobre el desarrollo del procedimiento de modo que una o varias magnitudes asociadas a las propiedades del producto y/o al desarrollo del procedimiento, denominadas magnitudes reguladas (GR), sean iguales a las consignas correspondientes (CGR), comprendiendo dicho método las etapas siguientes: (a) entrada de consignas concernientes a las magnitudes reguladas (CGR); (b) cálculo, por medio de un organo de prediccion (OP), de predicciones de las magnitudes reguladas (PGR), sobre la base de medidas de las magnitudes de mando del procedimiento (MGC), (c) utilizacion de un organo de control (OG) para calcular consignas de las magnitudes de mando del procedimiento (CGG), sobre la base de las consignas (CGR) y de las predicciones (PGR) de las magnitudes reguladas; (d) transmision de las consignas de magnitudes de mando del procedimiento (CGG) a accionadores con el fin de actuar sobre el desarrollo del procedimiento, en el que el organo de prediccion (OP) está basado en un modelo matemático del procedimiento, llamado modelo directo (M), y esta ideado de tal modo que se predice la masa MXR de al menos un constituyente (X) en el reactor (R) mediante la ecuacion: MXR=LAG(F. tx, tx), en la F es el caudal masivo del constituyente X que entra en el reactor R; t es el tiempo de permanencia de x en el reactor, la funcion y=LAG (u,t) es la solucion de la ecuacion diferencial t. dy/dt+y, calculada con el valor instantáneo de u y de t, así como con el ultimo valor de y calculado.
