Abstract

Способ регулирования синтеза по меньшей мере одного химического продукта в установке, содержащей по меньшей мере один реактор (R), который может быть уподоблен реактору с идеальным перемешиванием, в котором регулирующие величины (GC) позволяют воздействовать на ход процесса, для того, чтобы одна или несколько величин, связанных со свойствами продукта и/или с ходом процесса, называемые регулируемыми величинами (GR), были равны соответствующим заданным значениям (C), причем названный метод включает в себя следующие этапы: а) ввод заданных значений, касающихся регулируемых величин (C), б) вычисление с помощью органа прогнозирования (OP) прогнозируемых регулируемых величин (P) на основе измерений регулирующих величин (M), в) использование органа контроля (OC) для подсчета заданных значений регулирующих величин (C) на основе заданных значений (C) и прогнозируемых значений (P) регулируемых величин, г) передача заданных значений регулирующих величин (C) воздействующим устройствам с целью воздействия на ход процесса, в котором орган прогнозирования (OP) основан на математической модели способа, называемой прямой моделью (M), и выполнен таким образом, что прогнозирует массу меньшей мере одного компонента (X) в реакторе (R) через уравнениеM=LAG(F∙t,t)в котором F- массовый расход компонента X, входящий в реактор R, t- время пребывания Х в реакторе, функция у=LAG(u,t) - решение дифференциального уравненияu=τ∙(dy/dt)+yподсчитанное с мгновенной величиной u и τ, а также с последней подсчитанной величиной y.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
