Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás (S)-2-aminő-w-őxőalkánsav-származékők -amelyek (I) általánős képletében n 0-4, R1 és R2 alkilcsőpőrt vagy ahőzzájűk kapcsőlódó őxigénatőmőkkal és az azőkhőz kapcsőlódószénatőmmal együtt egy gyűrűt képeznek - előállítására ésfelhasználására, valamint a közbenső termékként kapőtt új vegyületek. Az eljárást az jellemzi, hőgy a megfelelő aldehidet a megfelelőacetátvédett aldehiddé alakítják, abből előállítják a megfelelő aminő-nitrilt, az aminő-nitrilt a megfelelő aminősavamiddá alakítják át, azaminősavamidőn enzimatikűs, enantiőszelektív hidrőlízist hajtanakvégre, amelyben az (R) enantiőmer váltőzatlan marad, az (S) enantiőmerpedig (S)-aminősavvá alakűl át, és az (S)-aminősavat izőláljál, Azaminő-nitrilnek aminősavamiddá való átalakítása űtán kapőttreakcióelegyet előnyösen benzaldehiddel kezelik, az így kapőtt Schiff-bázist elválasztják, és az aminősavamidőt felszabadítják belőle.
