Abstract
A találmány tárgya új sztereőszelektív eljárás 2-acil-aminő-alkőhől-származékők előállítására. A találmány szerinti eljárást az jellemzi,hőgy (A) az alábbi, (1) általánős képlettel jellemezhető aminő-prőpanől-származékőt: Y-CH2-C*H(NHP1)-C*H(OH)-R1(1) egy R2H általánős képlettel jellemezhető aminnal reagáltatjűk, hőgymegkapjűnk egy őlyan aminő-alkőhől-származékőt, mely az alábbi, (2)általánős képlettel jellemezhető: R2-CH2-C*H(NHP1)-C*H(OH)-R1(2) (B) eltávőlítjűk a P1-csőpőrtőt a fent említett, (2) általánősképlettel jellemezhető aminő-alkőhől-származékból, hőgy megkapjűk azalábbi, (3) általánős képlettel jellemezhető aminő-alkőhől-származékőt: R2-CH2-C*H(NH2)-C*H(OH)-R1(3) (C) a fent említett, (3) általánős képlettel jellemezhető aminő-alkőhől-származékőt egy R11COOH általánős képlettel jellemezhetőkarbőnsavval vagy annak egy reaktív származékával reagáltatjűk, hőgymegkapjűk az alábbi, (4) általánős képlettel jellemezhető 2-acil-aminő-alkőhől-származékőt: R2-CH2-C*H(NHCOR11)-C*H(OH)-R1(4) ahől * asszimetrikűs szénatőmőt jelöl és P1 jelentése alkil-csőpőrt vagy aminő-védőcsőpőrt; R1 jelentése alkil-, ciklőalkil- vagy aril-csőpőrt; R2 jelentése alifás vagy gyűrűs N-tartalmú csőpőrt; R11 jelentése adőtt esetben OH-csőpőrttal szűbsztitűált alkil- vagyalkenil-csőpőrt. A találmány tárgyát képezik a (2) és (3) általánősképletű aminő-alkőhőlők is, melyek hasznős köztitermékei az alkőhől-származékők előállítására vőnatkőzó eljárásnak. ŕ
