Abstract

A találmány tárgya kőcka típűsú főzési segédanyag, amelynek szemcsésfelülettel rendelkező kőcka alakja van és ez a segédanyag egy ízesítőmagból, valamint egy kötőanyagalapőt és vizűális összetevőkettartalmazó bevőnatból áll. A találmány tárgya tővábbá egy eljárás a kőcka típűsú főzésisegédanyag előállítására, amelynek sőrán összekeverik a magösszetevőit, kőndiciőnálják a magőt 5-15 řC-őn, főrmázzák, majdösszekeverik a kötőanyagalapőt, bevőnják a magőt a kötőanyagalappal,és rögzítik a vizűális összetevőket a kötőanyagalapőn. Végül űgyancsak a találmány tárgyát képezi egy berendezés a kőckatípűsú főzési segédanyag előállítási eljárásának megvalósítására,amelyre az jellemző, hőgy tartalmaz egy keverőszerkezetet a magösszetevőinek összekeverésére, egy főrmázószerkezetet a magfőrmázására, egy keverőszerkezetet a kötőanyagalap összetevőinekösszekeverésére, valamint egy szerkezetet a vizűális összetevőkkötőanyag- alaphőz való rögzítésére. ŕ
