Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás oldható fibrin vizsgálatára a mintában. Azeljárás abban áll, hogy a mintát oldható fibrin iránt erősen fajlagosplazminogén aktivátorral (PA-Fb sp) érintkezésbe hozzák, a mintában azoldható fibrinszámot meghatározzák oly módon, hogy az oldható fibrinPA-Fb sp révén való degradálása útján nyert fibrinlebomlási termékekszámának és az PA-Fb sp-vel való érintkezésbe hozást megelőzően amintában lévő alap fibrinlebomlási termékek számának különbségétveszik. A találmány tárgya továbbá pozitív kontroll a fenti eljárásbanvaló alkalmazásra, amely a kontroll normál plazma in vitro koaguláció-aktiválás megindítására rögképződés létrejötte nélkül kezelt, és aplazma oldható fibrinre fajlagos és/vagy az iránt nagy affinitássalbíró plazminogén aktivátorral a vizsgálati mintánál alkalmazottalanalóg körülmények mellett érintkezésbe hozott. A találmány tárgya mégfibrin iránt erősen fajlagos plazminogén- aktivátor alkalmazásaoldható fibrin meghatározására, egy kit oldható fibrinmeghatározására, valamint az előbbi eljárás és kit alkalmazásakoaguláció aktiválási folyamat változásának nyomonkövetésére, valamintantikoaguláns hatóanyagok hatékonyságának értékelésére.
