Abstract

"REAGENTE, E, CONJUNTO PARA ESTIMAR O POTENCIAL HEMOSTáTICO DE UMA AMOSTRA DE TESTE". Um reagente e conjunto são divulgados para determinar se um paciente é hipercoagulável, hipocoagulável ou normal. O teste envolve fornecer uma amostra de teste do paciente e iniciar a coagulação na amostra na presença de um ativador, que é adicionado à amostra em uma quantidade que resultará na fibrina dependente da tenase intrínseca. Depois a formação da polimerização da fibrina dependente da tenase intrinseca é monitorada durante um tempo de modo a derivar um perfil dependente do tempo, com os resultados do monitoramento da polimerização da fibrina determinando se o paciente é hipercoagulável, normal ou hipocoagulável. O ativador de coagulação é adicionado em uma quantidade que deflagra uma explosão de trombina que é dependente da fase de propagação e dos caminhos de amplificação. Deste modo, um único ensaio pode estimar o potencial hemostático de uma amostra.
