Abstract

A jelen találmány enzimes eljárásra vonatkozik, amellyel szervesketovegyületeket a megfelelő királis hidroxil-vegyületekké lehetredukálni. A találmány továbbá Lactobacillus minorból nyert alkohol-dehidrogenázra, valamint (S)-hidroxivegyület racemátból történőenantioszelektív kinyerésére alkalmas enzimes eljárásra vonatkozik. Azalkohol-dehidrogenázt a szubsztrátum vegyülettel vízből és vízzel nemelegyedő oldószerből álló kétfázisú rendszerben reagáltatják. Ó
