Abstract
A találmány tárgya dinamikus rezolválási eljárás alfa-szubsztituáltkarbonsavak kívánt izomerének dúsítására a nem kívánt izomerhezképest, amely eljárás a következőket tartalmazza: (a) egy oldószerbenaz alfa-helyzetben távozó csoporttal szubsztituált és királis alfa-szénatommal rendelkező alfa-szubsztituált karbonsavnak egy homokirálisaminnal való érintkezésbe hozása, hogy a választott reakciókörülményekközött egy részben oldhatatlan só képződjön, ahol a homokirális amintúgy választják, hogy a nem kívánt alfa-szubsztituált karbonsavaminsójának oldhatósága nagyobb legyen a kívánt alfa-szubsztituáltkarbonsavamin sójánál a választott reakciókörülmények között; (b) aválasztott reakciókörülmények között a só nukleofil ágenssel valóreagáltatása, ahol a reakció hatékony az alfa-szubsztituált karbonsavkevésbé oldható sójának mennyiségének növelésében, és a választottkörülményeket úgy választják, hogy (i) a nukleofilcsoport és a távozócsoport nukleofil szubsztitúcióját elősegítsék, vagy (ii) a kevésbéoldható aminsó növekedését erős bázis távollétében idézzék elő; és (c)a reakció folytatása a kívánt alfa-szubsztituált karbonsav izomermennyiségének növekedéséhez hatásos időtartamban.
