Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezik formázott testek, amelyek szervesszervetlen keverékanyagokat, továbbá arany- és/vagy ezüstrészecskékettartalmaznak. A formázott testkatalizátorok nagy szelektivitás éstermelékenység mellett hosszabb katalizátor-élettartamot mutatnak,mint a hagyományos porkatalizátorok. A találmány szerinti formázotttestkatalizátorok lehetővé teszik továbbá a nagyon kicsinyomásveszteség megvalósítását műszakilag fontos reaktorokban, úgymint például rögzített ágyú reaktorokban. A találmány tárgyát képezitovábbá eljárás a formázott testek előállítására, amely szerint azarany- és/vagy ezüsttartalmú szerves-szervetlen keverékanyagot egyfémoxid szóllal és/vagy fémsavészterrel elegyítik, adott esetben egykötőanyag, egy töltőanyag és egy alkáli- és/vagy alkáli-földszilikáthozzáadása után összekeverik, tömörítik, majd a keveréket formázotttestekké alakítják egy formázószerszámmal. A találmány tárgyát képezitovábbá a formázott testek alkalmazása katalizátorként és eljárásszénhidrogének szelektív és parciális oxidációjára molekuláris oxigénés egy redukálószer jelenlétében, amelyben a formázott testetalkalmazzák katalizátorként.
