Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás és berendezés legalább két folyékonyhalmazállapotú reagens közötti reakciók végrehajtásához olyan reaktoralkalmazásával, amelynek falelemei, rés alakú reakcióterei, továbbá afolyékony fűtőközeg átvezetésére szolgáló üregei vannak. A találmányszerinti eljárást azt jellemzi, hogy a) a rés alakú reakcióterek (3) akét lényegében egyforma nagyságú és lényegében derékszögűparallelepipedon alakú és síklemezből készült fal elemeinek (1)megfelelő oldalfelületei (2) között alakítják ki, és a falelemek (1)egy képzeletbeli derékszögű parallelepipedon alakú tömbbe (24),cserélhető módon rendezik el, b) a reagenseket (R1, R2) a tömb azonosoldalán elhelyezkedő szélső területekről adagolják a rés alakúreakcióterekbe (3), és reakciós keverékként hasonló irányban,párhuzamos áramlatokban vezetik át a reakciótereken (3), és c) afolyékony fűtőközeget a falelemek (1) belsejében végignyúló, cső alakúüregeken (5) keresztül vezetik át, továbbá ahol a reakcióterek (3)résszélességét (<s<) 0.05 és 5 mm között határozzák meg, ezáltalrobbanékony reakciós keverékek esetén a reakcióterek rés szélességeelegendően kicsi lesz ahhoz, hogy lángok ne csaphassanak ki.
