Abstract
1. Изотермический реактор (1) для проведения экзотермических или эндотермических гетерогенных реакций, содержащий ! по существу, цилиндрический наружный корпус (2), имеющий продольную ось (X), ! по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора, размещенный в корпусе (2) и снабженный противолежащими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8), соответственно, для ввода газового потока реагентов и вывода газового потока, содержащего продукты реакции, и ! теплообменный блок (12), погруженный в указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора и предназначенный для пропуска через него теплоносителя, ! отличающийся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора ограничен по краям противолежащими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8), причем между корпусом (2) и этими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8) образованы первый и второй промежутки (9, 10), а теплообменный блок (12) содержит по меньшей мере один ряд теплообменников (13), расположенных, по существу, параллельно друг другу и, по существу, параллельно направлению, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора пересекается газовым потоком реагентов. ! 2. Изотермический реактор (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каждый из указанного по меньшей мере одного ряда теплообменников (13) проходит в по меньшей мере одном слое (6) катализатора вдоль направления, по существу, параллельного продольной оси (X) корпуса. ! 3. Изотермический реактор по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что теплообменники (13) имеют, по существу, коробчатую конструкцию в основном удлиненной и плоской прямоугольной формы, у которой противолежащие длинные стенки (13а) параллельны продольной оси (X) корпу
Claims (4)
1. Изотермический реактор (1) для проведения экзотермических или эндотермических гетерогенных реакций, содержащий
по существу, цилиндрический наружный корпус (2), имеющий продольную ось (X),
по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора, размещенный в корпусе (2) и снабженный противолежащими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8), соответственно, для ввода газового потока реагентов и вывода газового потока, содержащего продукты реакции, и
теплообменный блок (12), погруженный в указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора и предназначенный для пропуска через него теплоносителя,
отличающийся тем, что указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора ограничен по краям противолежащими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8), причем между корпусом (2) и этими перфорированными боковыми стенками (7, 8) образованы первый и второй промежутки (9, 10), а теплообменный блок (12) содержит по меньшей мере один ряд теплообменников (13), расположенных, по существу, параллельно друг другу и, по существу, параллельно направлению, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один слой (6) катализатора пересекается газовым потоком реагентов.
2. Изотермический реактор (1) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каждый из указанного по меньшей мере одного ряда теплообменников (13) проходит в по меньшей мере одном слое (6) катализатора вдоль направления, по существу, параллельного продольной оси (X) корпуса.
3. Изотермический реактор по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что теплообменники (13) имеют, по существу, коробчатую конструкцию в основном удлиненной и плоской прямоугольной формы, у которой противолежащие длинные стенки (13а) параллельны продольной оси (X) корпуса, а противолежащие короткие стенки (13b, 13с) расположены перпендикулярно этой оси, при этом теплообменники (13) также имеют внутреннюю камеру, предназначенную для направления через нее рабочего теплоносителя.
4. Изотермический реактор по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что теплообменники (13) имеют, по существу, трубчатую конструкцию, причем каждая трубка вытянута в направлении, по существу, перпендикулярном продольной оси (X) корпуса.
