Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás 500-tól 50 000-ig terjedő szám szerintiátlagos molekulatömegű (MN) és legalább 50 mol% termináliskettőskötéseket tartalmazó poliizobutén folyamatos előállítására,amelyet úgy valósítanak meg, hogy izobutént folyadékfázisban bór-trifluoridot és legalább egy oxigéntartalmú vegyületet tartalmazókatalizátor jelenlétében +40 °C alatti hőmérsékleten egy vagy többlépésben folyamatos módon polimerizálnak, azzal jellemezve, hogylegalább az első polimerizációs-lépésben a folyékony reakciófázisviszkozitása (DIN 51562 szerint meghatározva) a 6-tól 20 mm2/s-igterjedő tartományba esik.
