Abstract
A találmány (I) általános képletű, antiösztrogén hatású 3,4-difenil-biciklo[4.3.0]nonil-származékokra vonatkozik, a képletben R1 jelentéseadott esetben helyettesített alkanoil-, alkil-, aralkil-, aroil- vagyegy védőcsoport vagy hidrogénatom, R2 jelentése adott esetbenhelyettesített alkanoil-, alkil-, aralkil-, aroil- vagy egyvédőcsoport, vagy hidrogénatom, A'-A-D-D' jelentése négy szénatomosalkilénlánc, amely adott esetben telítetlen, egy vagy többhidroxilcsoporttal vagy epoxicsoporttal helyettesített, X jelentésevegyértékkötés, oxigénatom, kénatom, -SO- vagy -SO2- csoport, Ejelentése alkilén-, alkenilén- vagy alkiniléncsoport, Y jelentésehalogénatom, R4 csoport, adott esetben helyettesített aril- vagyheteroaril-, amino-, amino-szulfonil-, hidroxil-, tiol-, szulfinil-vagy szulfonilcsoport, R4 jelentése hidrogénatom, adott esetbenhelyettesített alkil-, alkanoil-, aril-, heteroaril-, aralkil- vagyaroilcsoport, Q jelentése hidrogénatom, kénatom, -SO- vagy -SO2-csoport, G jelentése -(CH2)n-R3 általános képletű csoport, R3jelentése hidrogénatom, adott esetben helyettesített alkil-, alkenil-vagy alkinil-, cikloalkil-, aril-, aralkilcsoport, vagy abban azesetben, amikor n0, hidroxilcsoportot vagy halogénatomot is jelenthet,Z jelentése hidrogénatom, halogénatom, hidroxil-, azido-, amino-,karboxil-, alkoxi-karbonil-, alkoxi-, nitro-, ciano- vagy acil-oxi-csoport.
