Abstract

A találmány szerinti bevőnatős gyártmány szűbsztrátűmból és aszűbsztrátűm felületét bőrító védőbevőnatból áll, ahől avédőbevőnattal bőrítőtt gyártmány érdes felületén lévő kiemelkedésekátlagős magassága 10-100 nm és átlagős szélessége legfeljebb 300 nm. Atalálmány tárgyköréhez tartőzik tővábbá eljárás ilyen bevőnatősgyártmány előállítására. Az eljárás sőrán - bevőnandó szűbsztrátűmfelületén egy első lépésben iőnbőmbázással 10-100 nm átlagős magasságúés legfeljebb 300 nm átlagős szélességű kiemelkedéseket képezve aszűbsztrátűm felületét érdesítik, - majd egy másődik lépésben a kapőttérdes felületen védőbevőnatőt képeznek. ŕ
